Brand new, 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach house located in the Sandy Shores subdivision on Crystal Beach, TX.
Coconut Sunrise is 125 steps to the beach and can sleep 18 in beds.
Amenities include:
a wonderful MEZZANINE level deck along with
an elevator PLUS a GENERATOR!
Spectacular views of the GULF and BAY from the top floor!
There are TVs in each bedroom PLUS
an XBOX in the main level bunk room.
Completely furnished kitchen with plates, glasses, pots and pans; toaster, blender; crock pot.
All linens furnished:
pillows; sheets; blankets; towels; beach towels.

The beach house was beautiful and well-appointed. Our family really enjoyed the arrangement of bedrooms, common space and nearness to the beach.Our only difficulty was that when we arrived, a workman and supervisor were working on the elevator, which was not working, but she said if they couldn't get it repaired for us, there would be an adjustment to our cost. The next day a repairman came back and tried again, but with no luck. We weren't able to use the elevator at all during our stay. One of the reasons we chose this particular house was that it had an elevator, as I was recovering from knee replacement surgery, as well as a couple of other family needs.We left there thinking what a wonderful time we had had with our children and grandchildren, even though I was restricted to only a couple of times up and down the steps. We expected to receive some credit on our reservation for the lack of elevator access, but were informed by our host that we did not tell her of our special needs, and that they had informed us before we got there that the elevator was not working. We are disappointed in the lack of accomodation and sensitivity to this.

House was great! Clean, cute and fully stocked. The space was great for our large family with bunk rooms for the kids. We didn't realize that you had to use outside stairs to get to the lower level with two bedrooms but it worked out. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. We would rent again!

The home was beautiful and pristine and we absolutely enjoyed our visit!!!! We had 6 couples and everyone was pleased with their sleeping arrangements. Access to the beach was excellent and the view from deck was breathtaking. The elevator made loading and unloading so much easier for the husbands. I definitely would recommend this home!!!I don’t love doing the laundry so the only issue I had was the contractual request to wash all the bed linens and towels at the end of our visit. 😬
