The first level features a two car garage and a wonderful patio. Our patio area is perfect to enjoy and entertain, kick back and enjoy the Giant Swim Spa surrounded by tropical landscape in your own personal oasis. This property offers 2400 square feet of luxury living in a spectacular design that’s warm and richly appointed. All of the furnishings throughout this fabulous home are comfortable and elegant. The second level features the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry area and half bath. Whether you want to watch a family favorite on TV, or come together for a festive meal, the main living area is designed with entertaining in mind. Living area features plush sofas, large Smart TV and plenty of space. The living area is open. Everything is available to prepare a family feast in our large kitchen. It offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large pantry and island seating area for 4. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area where your whole party can be comfortable, dine together, laugh together and feel at home. Dining area seats 8 guests and has access to a balcony. The second level also hosts an impressive Primary Suite with a King bed and over-sized Flat Screen TV. An en-suite bath invites you to pamper yourself in the roomy large walk in shower after a day of adventure. Dual vanities, custom fixtures are additional conveniences. The 3rd level features a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower). The third bedroom offers 4 twin beds. The fourth bedroom offers a Queen bed and offers access to a balcony. The 2nd living room area offers a Full Sleeper sofa. There is a hallway bathroom that has shower/tub combination. A charming loft area overlooks the floor below and offers a fun space for the kids as well as additional sleeping with the Sleeper sofa that has a double bed and a short side chaise for a small child. With just a 2-minute walk to the Beach with dedicated crosswalk at the corner. This charming property is lots of beach side fun. Redington Beach is the place to slow the pace and enjoy the spectacular shorelines without the crowds. It is home to the Redington Pier, a historic landmark and popular tourist stop known for its fantastic fishing and abundant Florida wildlife. While recognized for its residential ambiance, it offers the perfect blend of restaurants, shopping and water activities. Local dining favorites include the Frog Pond, within walking distance and the Sweet Sage Café. This house was perfect! It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we could need! Within walking distances to the beach and the hot tub and ping pong table were a hit for the kids. I would highly recommend this house. The rental company is very easy to work with and responsive. We had no complaints at all.

We absolutely loved this house. We had extended family with 6 adults and 5 teenagers and everyone loved this house. It is so close to the beach and coming home and jumping in the jacuzzi was the kids favorite thing.

This townhome is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not give the hot tub justice, it is huge! The kitchen is well stocked and beautiful. The bedrooms have more comfortable beds than hotels with spacious bathrooms. Thinking about it, the only two issues I had the entire time was that I wish the rules hadn’t said to not set the A/C lower than 72 (even at night) and that the sink’s water pressure is not ideal for cleaning. However, there are ceiling fans in several bedrooms and the dishwasher makes up for the sink. On top of the luxury of the actual townhome, the property managers are very understanding, good communicators, and available for questions before and during your stay. The check-in process is seamless and we were able to request an early check in for free! Also, there is a public beach access right across the street. It was closed while we stayed, due to a turtle’s nest needing protection, but another one is down the block a few minutes.

Beautiful house and location was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained, but there is quite a lot of steps even to access the living area from the garage. The listing said the elevator could be activated if requested, but we were told it had been permanently de-activated. Five stars except for that.

We enjoyed the Tarpon house very much. Great location minutes from the beach. Large family group that was easily accommodated. Kitchen was fully equipped missing some essentials like a can opener. The coffee mugs were pretty but not functional. They were impossible to use in the microwave as the cup and handle got extremely hot not the actual liquid. The gas stove has ill fitting covers so it made it hard to use. Laundry room was excellent. Hot tub really never got hot and the house makes weird noises. In the master bedroom you feel trembling and loud cranking noises thus disturbing our sleep. The master bath was excellent the shower heads need cleaning g or refurbishing water flow is light. The 3rd floor is very Hot. Great house highly recommend with a few tweaks. Loved it!!!

Property management was responsive to any issues along the way. Beach access is the star here. We rented bikes and rode the beach every day. Location convenient to dining and groceries. A few issues/suggestions - Would really appreciate a dresser in each of the queen bedrooms on top floor. No where to unpack or put stuff, not even a chair in the ensuite queen bedroom. . Also ceiling fans in both those spaces are faulty and change speeds and light comes on at random (2am, for example).

Cannot say enough good things about our stay- this Airbnb is a beautiful and spacious townhouse, located a few steps from the beach in a residential neighborhood which ensures your stay will be calm and peaceful, and equipped with everything you need: the large, spectacular kitchen with open space for our gatherings; comfortable and cozy beds; and clean bathrooms. Alison was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
Our one and only suggestion would be that the beach umbrella wasn’t working for us, but besides that, no complaints.

Redington Beach, Florida !! The Tarpon Cottage was absolutely beautiful, comfortable , so much room to spread out & enjoy your stay! My family and I visited a few weeks back for my sons 23rd birthday .We had such a wonderful time making new great memories. Definitely will have to do again !!!
