Make watching the sound-side sunset a ritual from the porch swing in the front, and enjoy views of the ocean, as well as the family making memories in the private pool, from the back. Coming in from the pool deck, there is a ground-level living room, offering a spacious, recreational area to take a break from the sun. There is a large sectional sofa that offers a queen sleeper, entertainment center, ping pong table, card table, and a kitchenette, complete with an ice maker and wine fridge. In addition to the outdoor shower on the pool deck, there is a full-sized bath on this level, with an entrance from both the pool deck and just off the kitchenette.
