Enjoy this excellent location for your next vacation. One-level home offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large wrap-around deck to enjoy ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean without breaking the bank. Lovely open floor concept with sliders to open and enjoy the sounds of the waves and beach breeze. A nicely stocked kitchen for a home-cooked meal, dining area with additional dining on the deck area, and living room with new furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are located to the back of the house; a primary bedroom w/ ensuite and full hall bathroom for the two additional bedrooms. LOCATION: Downtown Fenwick Island, just a few blocks from Ocean City, Maryland. Steps to the beach and downtown Fenwick Island. Downtown offers miniature golf, a water park, multiple restaurants, and shops (tax-free). Approximately 27 miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach/Dewey Beach. Visit all the beaches for a great beach vacation! PARKING: Private driveway for four-six vehicles. AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, gas grill, outdoor shower, and cable TV. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. No pets and no smoking! The home sits on stilts, but the house is on one level. There are steps to enter the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We returned for a second time at the same time and same place to celebrate the end of the school year with some beach fun. This house is ideal for a beach stay with younger children. Quiet yet close to everything. Hope to return next year!

First impressions can speak volumes. This home exceeded our families expectations. We are a family of 7, yet we never felt crowded in this 3 bedroom home with a great layout. Situated in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, which at times the only sound in the morning was the ocean and families walking. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness when we arrived, which the rental managers addressed immediately for us. It was not untidy just needed some additional deep cleaning.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and stores. Perfect with young children. The house was comfortable and the owner responsive when there was an issue. A wonderful way to enjoy time away after a year of not traveling!

Great location, nice property. The bed sizes are confusing - listing and agent referred to pyramid bunk vs twin over queen. Door to upstairs bath would not close fully. Main stair is slippery when wet - new paint perhaps?

Terrific location. The house fine. I was disappointed that the outdoor shower wasn’t clean enough to use. Also the owner came by before the storm to check in and move furniture which was nice. Unfortunately he didn’t touch base with us after the storm. We lost power for a good while and the outside light fixtures were broken from the storm. I cleaned up the debris from the deck. Also, when we arrived the door wasn’t locked. Again the location was terrific and the house fine.

We were two couples and a two year old. House was perfect size for a small group and the location was great with a huge deck. The only commentary would be that after a day of traveling to get there, a starter roll of toilet paper, a garbage bag and a bit of dish soap would have been great. Instead we had to go right back out again. Then when we went to bbq that evening the grill was completely filthy and had no gas ... back out again ☹️

The house is one block from the beach. The view of the ocean from the huge deck was an unexpected surprise. Only wished the deck had an awning because it can be super hot for morning coffee. House had 2 grills, gas and charcoal. Thank you! Only thing missing was extra eminities like a beach umbrella or chairs. Beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone. Will be back.

Great location. Only thing I would improve are some basics ...Not one napkin or square of toilet paper in the aptmt...cleaning crew seems to remove even the partial or empty roll from all bathrooms. No beach chairs available ...there is a room with many and a window to see them but it is locked. Also cleaning crew arrived 20 mins prior to checkout ...I was finishing up anyway but would have been bothersome if I had needed the rest of the time.

Great location and beach view from this place, the deck is great for watching the morning and evening walkers, joggers, & bikers and it motivates you to get up and move too. Great outdoor shower and parking under the house is helpful in the rain. The house and furniture could use updating but the WiFi is blazing fast and the TV had more channels than you know what to do with if it rains. Great location to shopping, mini golf and a small water park. We look forward to staying here again hopefully next Year.

Good Situation and House

Very convenient to the beach, and a very nice house for a family of 8 or 10 people. Good features ranging from the outside shower to the porch/ balcony, decent kitchen and cookware, three good bedrooms, ample dining table, and comfortable living room. Not fancy, but quite pleasant. Main drawbacks are numerous, mostly minor maintenance issues needing attention so they don't become real problems, like dining chairs with loosely secured legs, badly rusted hooks in outside shower, and badly cracked produce trays in fridge to the point of almost dysfunction. Owner welcomed info about these things and seemed to intend to fix them, so all in all, a really good place.

Great location! EZ access to beach, Convenience store, AWESOME seafood restaurant (Nantuckets), Mini-Golf/Ice Cream - ALL walking distance! Interior is showing signs of age but we really loved this home. Most everything you need for an awesome vacation - plenty of pots/pans (even a lobster/crap pot)! Nice layout, great deck. NO Gas grill but charcoal Weber is available. Could use "better cleaning" between renters (dusty, windows need to be cleaned). Bottom Line - we would rent again and was perfect for our family (3 adult couples). NOTE - no "glass" wine glasses, only plastic.
