Offered by Villa de la Vista - Ocean front Villa at Estate Tabor & Harmony, east-end quarter - Two bedroom air conditioned unit, 584 sqft living area. Total of 18' of sliding glass doors to enjoy the views. Updated 12' x 11' kitchen with granite topped island, SS appliances (microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher), granite countertop/backsplash. Queen-sized sleigh beds in each bedroom. Bathroom (12' x 5' 4") with tiled 2-headed shower and bidet. Larger bedroom flows into great room area with sofa bed (sleep 2 guests), lounge chairs (21' x 13'). Tile floors, cozy 7' ceilings throughout. Gated, off-street parking. Half mile walk up Harmony Drive to Safari Taxi and VI Tran bus access. Quiet neighborhood. Constant breezes. Private gated entrance. 168 sqft (12' x 14') private tiled deck overlooking the Atlantic. Dedicated use of the gas grill on the shaded, breezy, east end of the villa (over 400 sqft, about 20' x 20', of additional outdoor space - about 236 sqft is paved patio). The unit has two, remote controlled, quiet, split system air conditioners, one per bedroom. Fall asleep to the symphony of ocean waves. Wake to the view through sliding glass doors out across the Atlantic to the horizon - framed by Great and Little Hans Lolik, Great and Little Tobago, not to mention Thatch Cay, Yost Van Dyke, Tortola and St. John to the east. Villa is roughly 200' above sea level. Washer & dryer provided for guest use. Dedicated 100/10 Mbps Turbo Internet, in-unit Wi-Fi and cable TV provided. Two flat panel TVs one in bedroom and one in great-room/bedroom. Villa de la Vista rests on a 3 dimensional, 1.5-acre pie-shaped lot. The sea has taken a few bites off the tip of the pie. Channel between St. Thomas and Thatch Kay (used by migrating hump-back whales). Climb/swim/snorkel/kayak/scuba-dive/fish/boat at your own risk. Signed waivers required for ocean access from villa and use of villa kayaks. Non-smokers only. Comfortably sleeps four (4) (max of 6). 5 minute drive to Tutu Park Mall. 6 minute drive to Magens Bay. 7 minute drive to ferries at Red Hook. 4 minutes to Mahogany Run golf course. 5 minutes to Jimmy Buffet's new Margaritaville Resort adjacent to Coral World.

The view is what you pay for. This is not at all a 2 bedroom , its 1 bedroom with a queen bed then a living area with a bed and pull out sofa. Tiles are broken everywhere, tiles on stairs to washer are not atached and could be dangerous. Dead bugs througout. Kitchen has stovetop and microwave but no oven.
