If using for scrapbooking has 12-4ft tables and chairs that will be set up for scrapbooking with lights and garbage cans. 2 extra 4ft table for cutters or product.
The community is located directly across the street from Lake Michigan with walk way to beach. House includes beach chair, beach towels and sand toys for the beach. House also has stand alone ice maker for filling cooler for the beach. The community has swimming pool, park, playground, fishing docks, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and putting green.

This place is so much better than it looks in the pictures! The owner Pam has thought of everything! From the nice beach towels to the ice maker & toiletries & supplies galore! It’s an amazing house & location in between the beach access & pool! Love the cute little shop for coffee/treats; an all around great experience! Of note, be sure to request enough parking passes for ALL cars! Needed for street, alley & guest parking lot. I had to go buy extras at the main office not realizing.

The house was immaculate, the host provided a wonderful welcome gift for each guest, and we really loved the "party deck" over the garage! This home is a scrapbooker's paradise!

The house was amazing! So much room and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Couldn’t beat the convenient location to the pool and tennis courts. We loved every second and the host was responsive and wonderful!
