Ideal to rest and fully enjoy the holidays. Forgotten your car during your stay, public transport is free. Comfortable and well appointed, the house is made up of: a large living room of 35m2 with an open fitted kitchen with a central island and spacious living room with 3 sofas a bathroom with a walk-in shower 2 bedrooms: one with 1 electric double bed, the other with 1 single bed and 1 bunk double bed 1 separate WC laundry fenced garden + wooden terrace garden furniture, deckchairs, bar Beds are made upon arrival. The house provides enough space for a family with 3 children. Additional it has a nice garden with a lot of chairs. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes and is very clean and big. We enjoyed our holiday very well!

Cette location est parfaite
Je sais qu'une telle appréciation peut paraître suspecte, mais c'est réellement ce que mon épouse (et notre petit chien) pensons. Très propre, équipement complet un congélateur serait le bienvenu, mais on peut aisément s'en passer. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, disponibles, aimables. La maison est pratique et décorée avec un goût très recherché. Bref, nous y retournerons, laissez nous de la place!!!

Tolles Objekt, nah am Strand und der Düne
Sehr sauberes Haus, mit allem erdenklichen eingerichtet. Schöner Garten, Hundefreundlich, sehr ruhige Lage. Man hört meist nur Möven und das Meer. War jeden Euro wert. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Moderne Wohnung in Strandnähe
Die Einrichtung (TV, Küche) modern, das Bad etwas klein, auch die Betten waren nicht optimal.
Der Garten und Terasse waren sehr schön, Parkplatz vor der Türe, Waschmaschine im Keller, Supermärkte zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch der Strand. Der Hauptstrand mit Lokalen ist zwar weiter weg, doch fahren kostenlose Busse.
Wir würden wieder das Haus buchen.

Grand merci aux propriétaires pour ce séjour au sein de leur Gîte ! Malgré le fait que nous soyons arrivé en retard car pris dans les bouchons ( + 3 heures...), le propriétaire nous a reçu très agréablement en prenant soin de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison. D'une propreté impeccable, la maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi ! Plage à 8 minutes du gîte, ballade sur la digue et chouettes restos le long de la plage. Si le temps est à la pluie, le Home Cinéma dispo dans le gîte en regalera plus d'un. Superbe séjour donc à recommander sans hésitation.

Tout est bien agencé, moderne, et très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos enfants et leur bébé de 8 mois. Murielle très gentille nous met à disposition tout le nécessaire, chaise haute, lit bébé, même draps et gigote use. Dans la cuisine, rien ne manque, aussi bien qu'à la maison👍vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Im Haushalt findet man alles, was man benötigt: von Geschirr, über (elektrische) Küchengeräte, über Bettzeug!
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Garten war fantastisch!

Haus Dunkerque
Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung, ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet und lässt an nichts fehlen. Der Strand ist tatsächlich nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ein Carrefour direkt um die Ecke.
Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit dem Wlan für den Fernseher, was aber vom Vermieter direkt behoben wurde.
Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir mussten durch die Erkrankung meines Vaters kurzfrsitig abreisen und bekamen sogar noch etwas Geld zurück.
Grundsätzlich kann man dieses Haus weiter empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub (5 Nächte)!
Wir haben uns in diese Objekt sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, wie es im Inserat beschrieben war. Das Haus besitzt eine TOP-Ausstattung: komplett ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Geräten, Wohnzimmer mit 3 Sofas, Riesen-TV mit Multimedia-Funktionen (Netflix etc..). Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr gemütlich und mit hochwertigen Matratzen ausgestattet, das Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Zudem gibt es in allen Zimmern elektrische Außen-Jalousinen. Wir hatten auch unseren Labrador Neo dabei, der sich im Garten (100% dicht, Entwischen unmöglich!) "tierisch" wohl gefühlt hat. Highlight: der Garten lässt sich bei Dunkelheit illuminieren!
Zu Erwähnen ist auch noch, dass viele Haushaltsmittel schon vorhanden waren: Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Spüler-Tabs, Gewürze usw. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Gebäck und 1L-Flasche heimischen Bieres.
Im Gartenhaus befinden sich zudem 2 Grills sowie Holzkohle, Anzünder und Grillbesteck. . Wir durften (da vor uns nicht vermietet) deutlich vor 16:00 ins Haus und am Abreisetag erst um 12:00 statt 10:00 abreisen. Das war sehr entspannend.
Der Kontakt mit Murielle war immer sehr freundlich, wir können Sie als Vermieterin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Wenn wir nochmal nach Dunkerque kommen, würden wir versuchen, wieder bei Murielle zu wohnen.
FAZIT: ein toller Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Haus!!!

Wunderbare Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist technisch hervorragend ausgestattet: Licht mit Bewegungsmelder oder Fernbedienung (einschließlich Gartenbeleuchtung), elektrische Jalousien, Bett mit Fernbedienung zur Aufstellung des Kopf- oder Fußteils und ein großer Smart-TV. Internetzugriff und WLAN müssen schon gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden. Die Unterkunft war wie für uns gemacht (2 Personen, 1 Hund). Der Garten lädt mit mehreren Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten zum Verweilen ein. Für unseren Hund war er ideal und konnte direkt vom Wohnbereich betreten werden. Da er rundherum hoch eingezäunt und bewachsen ist, konnte er auch mal unbeaufsichtigt auf dem Rasen einen Knochen verspeisen.
Wir haben uns in jeder Minute sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders erwähnenswert.
Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und freuen uns sehr auf den nächsten Besuch!

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, etwa 600m vom Strand entfernt. Die Busse in Dünkirchen sind kostenfrei und fahren im 10-Minuten-Takt: toll! Supermärkte sind etwa 500m entfernt.
Das Haus selbst ist modern renoviert und toll ausgestattet: elektrische Außenjalousien mit Fernbedienung, 65-Zoll UHD-TV mit Heimkinoanlage, Induktionsherd, programmierbarer Backofen, Waschmaschine und Trockner neu, sogar ein Webergrill ist vorhanden.
Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind bei Problemen schnell zur Stelle.

Dit vakantiehuis is een echte aanrader voor een strandvakantie
Het bijzonder goed geoutilleerde en verzorgde huis ligt op loopafstand van het strand en is met de auto ook heel goed bereikbaar. Het mailcontact met de eigenaresse was ook heel prima, accuraat en erg vriendelijk. Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit leuke huis.

Empfehlenswert - gerne wieder!
Wir haben uns zu dritt plus Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Alle Räumlichkeiten liegen auf einer Etage, lediglich die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. In nicht einmal 10 Gehminuten ist man am Meer. Als der Fernseher einmal einen Aussetzer hatte, waren die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und haben sich gekümmert.

Das Haus bietet als es man braucht
Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und bietet nahezu alles was man braucht. Es liegt sehr nah zum Strand und den Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs.
Einziges Manko ist das fehlende Waschbecken im WC, dafür gibt es ein sehr schönes zweites Bad mit Dusche.
Der Garten ist traumhaft auch toll mit Hunden, da dieser ausbruchsicher ist.
Auch der Ort an sich hat viel sehenswertes an sich!

Adorable maison moderne et confortable avec jardinet à proximité de la plage de Malo
A réserver sans hésiter ! Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et l'accueil des propriétaires, le parfait état et le confort moderne de cette maison très fonctionnelle située dans un quartier très calme à proximité de la plage, du marché, et de différents commerces (15 minutes à pied environ). La maison offre un bel espace vie avec cuisine ouverte équipée et un jardinet très agréable clôturé et sans vis-à-vis avec barbecue, table de jardin et bains de soleil permettant de profiter confortablement d'agréables moments de détente et de convivialité en famille ou entre amis à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur ! A réserver sans hésiter ! Bonnes vacances !

Genoten in dit prachtige huis!
Aan de rand van Dunkerque in een rustige wijk gelegen, makkelijk bereikbaar. Uitvalswegen zeer vlakbij. Strand, supermarkt (ook tankstation), pinautomaat op loopafstand. Bakker om de hoek op 200m. Het huis is luxe uitgerust, het ontbreekt werkelijk nergens aan. Ruim, schoon en alles van prima kwaliteit. Fijne tuin met groot terras. Wij hebben genoten, echt een aanrader. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug!
