Atmosphere is best in this hotel

Nice location in the jungle, has 2 pools which were both nice, however one was a bit cloudy/murky. Reception staff were absolutely lovely.
Coming in off season, it was very quiet and therefore a lot of the services/amenities were definitely running at base level, food was well below par and not eating meat had being served frozen bread and frozen butter on 2 occasions. The staff were really trying but I really didn’t enjoy the dining experiences.

Breakfast was fantastic - the presentation and curries and sambals served were absolutely delicious. The views are sublime and being surrounded by nature and the rolling mountains in the distance was so relaxing for us. We would like to stay again if we are passing by.
A bath tub would have been nice, but the bathroom was lovely regardless. Bath is not essential.
