About this apartment rental
As soon as you enter this Gulf-front three-bedroom home, you’ll be greeted by Alabama sunshine streaming in through walls of glass, plus the most stunning Gulf views. If you can tear your gaze from the views, you’ll love the comfy open living space, where there is plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV. Whether curled up with a book, hosting a family movie night, or simply enjoying the views, it’s designed for relaxation. If you need to check in with the office, you might as well do it with a view at the Gulfview workspace.
Open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, white appliances, and tons of counter space to make meal prep easy. There’s also an accompanying wet bar with a sink and ice maker, the perfect drink and snack station. When it’s time to dine, pull up a stool at the huge breakfast bar, where there is seating for four, or gather at the formal Gulfview dining table with seating for six.
With three well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home has plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has crisp white linens, a flatscreen TV, and its own bathroom, including the primary suite’s huge bathroom with double vanity, shower, and jetted tub. This home also has a full washer and dryer to make beach living easier than ever.
But the best part of all is the private Gulf-front balcony. Step outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze and picturesque views of the emerald water, sugar-white sand, and Phoenix West’s beachfront pools. There is plenty of room for everyone on the spacious balcony, with two outdoor dining tables seating up to ten guests, plus additional chairs perfectly set to enjoy the views. It doesn’t get much better than this!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The condo was great. We actually extended our stay at the same property but had to change condos and that was no problem. The problem is that I left some personal items and some very critical medication in the bathroom of the first condo. We reached out and were told to contact the front desk. We called for hours and the lady was rude and kept telling us that housekeeping wouldn’t us know when they found it. They never did. I had to knock on the door of the condo and thank his the new residents were nice and allowed me to get my things!
