Avila Beach and downtown San Luis Obispo are just a short drive away, offering beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and year-round Central Coast weather. Sycamore Mineral Springs, the Bob Jones Trail, and Avila Valley Barn are all less than a mile away, with golfing, wine tasting, hiking, and local dining nearby.

The pictures online do not give the house enough credit once you see it in person! The check in/out process was super simple and easy and the host stayed in contact with us the entire weekend to make sure we had what we needed! The home is a little older but it definitely gives it a “homey” feeling. Literally 5 min drive to Avila beach which we enjoyed! Loved that they had games outside to play as a family! We couldn’t figure out how to use the hotub so we left that alone, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay for Daughter-in-law's Baby Shower on Central Coast. Well supplied, just brought food. Will most likely try to rebook in future for other family events.

A wonderful week here with my family for the second year in a row. So many fun things to see and do just minutes from this location. The spacious back yard is a plus when you have children along and we enjoyed the spa, barbecue and fire pit. Hope to return next year!
