This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. Fabulous vacation for our whole family. Right on the beach with the best view ever! Highly recommend!

Although across the street from the beach, it was as close as you could get being across the street! The beach access is almost directly across! And that portion of the beach was not very crowded even on Memorial Day weekend! Very clean condo and pet friendly!

Amazing location. Right on the beach, you don’t have to cross a street! Walk right out the back deck onto the sand!! Close enough to the places we like to go like Thomas Donuts, Pier Park, and Sharky’s. The house was beautiful and clean and any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly and they were more than willing to come out if we wanted them to. Beds were pretty comfy and it was nice to have tv’s in all the bedrooms. Just fyi this is a 3 story townhouse and there are no bedrooms on the first floor so that could be something to think about. Parking is also limited to two spaces but they are well marked. Also bring your own salt and pepper if you plan to cook! I would definitely rent this property again. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We had 6 adults, 1 pre-teen and a toddler.

The location of this property is gorgeous. However, we had a lot of issues the first couple of days - wifi was not hooked up and there was no hot water! Property mgmt was very helpful in getting us back up and running, but it still took a couple of days to get things ironed out, which did take the shine off my vacation. I think this property needs to do a FULL walkthrough and look at the cleanliness and functionality of ALL of the condo and its appliances before it rents out again. The space and the location are great, though.
