Thanks for viewing our listing! This beachfront condo (with a HUGE beachfront balcony) is located in Tower 1 of Majestic Beach Resort. It has been updated and is ready for your family! This 3 br, 2 bath unit on the 4th floor has everything you want - Updated finishes, Smart TVs, fresh paint and flooring, 2 king beds + a triple bunk beds in the bunk room, and tons more!! Comfortably sleeps 8 in a King (master), King (BR 2), and a triple bunk (twins) in BR 3, and pull out sofa in the living room. Kids LOVE the Triple Bunk!! Stainless Steel appliances and Front Load W/D in the unit!

***Oceanfront Master bedroom and living room. These spaces overlook the 200 sq ft balcony that spans the width of the unit!
***New Furniture within the last few years, including sofa, chair, dining room table, and bedroom furniture.
***Super Fun cafeteria style table with built in stools

***High Speed Wifi Internet throughout the unit
***4 new Smart TVs - There's one in the living room and one in each bedroom. These have the ability to stream Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, etc.
*** Separate tub, shower, dual vanities, and HUGE walk in closet in the oversized master bathroom.
***Beach towels included - this saves you from buying and/or packing them. One less thing to carry!
***Beach toys and beach chairs provided - Plenty for the kids to enjoy, and again, saves you from packing!
***4th Floor - This is, IMO, the perfect floor for Majestic. Why? Well, you are high enough up to have a beautiful view, yet low enough that when lying in the bed in the master, you can see the beach, the tide, and the skyline. While there is something to be said for 20th floor views, the downsides to that are that you can't see the actual beach from your room, and you can often get stuck waiting a long time for the elevator. For those of you who haven't been to Majestic, the breezeway to the parking garage is on the 3rd floor. So, being on the 4th, you have the advantages of the views, but without all the traffic that accompanies the 3rd floor occupants. And, if you decide you don't want to wait for an elevator, you can just take the stairs one flight down, and you are at the breezeway level!
***Megatouch Arcade game (set to freeplay mode) on the bartop! This game is TONS of fun for the entire family!
***Oceanfront Patio seating includes dinner table with 6 chairs, and 2 Adirondack style chairs.
***A good selection of DVDs for those fun family movie nights.
*** Ceiling fans (New for 2024) in the living room and bedrooms (not in the bunk room for safety)
***Beautiful new light fixtures
***Pack n Play style crib for those little little ones so you don't have to bring yours all that way
PARKING: There will be a new parking pass system effective Jan 1st, 2024. In the past, owners had to purchase parking passes to provide for guests. Well effective now, guests will purchase parking passes directly. These will be registered via the vehicle's license plate. These will be at a cost of $41 per vehicle, paid by the guest. As a side note, I am not happy about this either. When we purchased our unit, parking was free. Then $10, then $20, then $40, and now this. I do not believe this policy makes sense, but, the HOA has determined it's the best way forward. And, unfortunately, more and more buildings are doing it, including most controlled by "The Resort Collection", which is the largest property manager in PCB. I'm sorry. I hope you'll still book my unit.

This is my families second time staying at the Majestic. We loved it the first time when we booked from the Majestic website- there are two indoor pools and three outdoor as well as hot tubs, gaming room, gym, bar/restaurant and market onsite. There is visible security throughout the building/outside and parking is easy and safe across the street. We also enjoy the location- close to restaurants and stores. My two boys (13 and 6) and husband stayed here for a week. We drove about 11-12 hours and completely forgot the time change and David allowed us to check in early as soon as the cleaners were done. I was honestly surprised he messaged back so quickly and was so nice about it! I loved that the master bed has a sliding door to the balcony as well. It’s nice to have two full baths and the washer and dryer. There was more than enough kitchen items as well. It was also super convenient that there were 4 adult beach chairs (nice ones) kids chairs, boogie boards and toys and about 10 beach towels to use- this helped us when we packed since we did drive a while to get there. I would recommend and will likely try and stay there again in the next few years.

This property had plenty of room for four adults and three children. They had absolutely everything you needed to take to the beach with the exception of an umbrella, but we had brought a beach tent so we were great. They had beach toys, beach towels, and excellent beach chairs. Possibly the best thing though was you walk out the door and you’re at the elevator which took you right down close to the pool and the walkway to the beach. There were also several places nearby you could walk to eat, but the kitchen was fully stocked so since we were there seven nights, we cooked several meals in the condo. They even had spices to use if needed. Important to me was that the beds were very comfortable, and there were good linens and plenty of pillows. We definitely would choose this condo again when bringing everyone in the family. It was especially helpful though because we had our grandchildren who are all under five years. The view from the balcony was beautiful and I was happy that we were just on the fourth floor where you could see but you weren’t too high.

Our family was in Panama City Beach for my daughter’s National Dance Competition. We had never been there before. The first thing I will say is we will NEVER go back to PCB and especially the Majestic. Even though the beaches and the water were beautiful, you couldn’t see them because of the millions of people/tents/chairs/umbrellas/coolers etc. on the beach. It was a dirty and overcrowded beach. We have traveled all over Florida and PCB is not a place I will choose to return to. The majestic was run down, filthy, and just disgusting. The pool area was a cesspool I would never step one foot in. The bar area—what a joke. Clearly ANYTHING goes at the Majestic—we smelled weed every time we were on our balcony as if the person next to us was smoking it!! The condo was mediocre at best……for the amount we paid for the week, we expected SO MUCH MORE. Little things were wrong….knives that did not cut, no hand towels, nothing but an old broom that worked to clean the floors, mold in the shower, filthy cushions on the patio chairs, a couch that you really couldn’t sit on without falling to the floor. Again, definitely not what we thought we paid for. The one positive was David, the owner. He was EXTREMELY responsive to any question/concern that we had. However, it wasn’t enough to ever bring us back to this part of Florida.:(
