Location was close to about everything , right in the heart of down town San Diego. Bed was super comfy. Body wash, shampoo & condition bottles already there to use.

Buena relación precio/calidad. Ubicación cerca del centro a 25 minutos del centro de convenciones. La habitación estaba bien, se ve la han renovado recientemente. Lo único es que tenía un poco de olor a humedad/encierro. El desayuno era sencillo, pero bien. Lo recomiendo! Me esperaba menos!

Always our spot to stay where we feel safe and if we want to go deeper into downtown, we take the Circuit which is free! Front desk was sweet as always.

LOCATION. Close to the work location and restaurants nearby
staff was very unprofessional. Breakfast was pathetic. It's a motel. I booked it by mistake. I thought its a hotel.

Staff is really trying to be nice
One of the worst experience. I’ve never wrote any bad reviews , but honestly, I would never recommend this place. First thing is a bedbugs on my bed!!! I realized it only on a second night! It’s terrible to have a hotel business and do not provide a safe service. Second thing - you can pay for parking , and sit in a car for a next hour, because there is no available space. Other is - smells like really old carpet, and towels with a dirty dots

The bed was nice and firm, very comfortable. The room was very big. This was a nice plus traveling with children.
It seemed to be a good location in downtown, with the potential of walking just a few blocks to be near restaurants and stores.
The breakfast was a little lackluster. It mostly contained cereal and bread.
There was no artwork on the walls. The room was very plain and felt clinical.
The underground parking did not have a direct entrance into the hotel. You had to come out through the drive-in gate and walk around. Also the parking was not included, and was an additional $19 charge.

The location was close to downtown, walking distance from places.
There was a mouse in the hotel. It was running in our belongings. While we were moved to a different room immediately, the issue remains.

Room smells real bad, fridge it won't work, shower head was broken, looks like they don't vacuum the room.in a long time because carpet was disgusting and smells too.

Not stocked with adequate bathroom supplies. No washcloths & only one hand towel. Difficult to find any staff for assistance.
