The location was easy to find. Breakfast was good & check-in was easy.
Stayed for 5 nights & couldn't use the pool, traveling with kids you need a pool.... While on the elevator we noticed it looked like it was being drained. Got back to the room, called the front desk to ask about it. The guy says yes we have to drain it & refill it. I ask how long will this take? He says he's not sure. I ask hrs? days? Wks? He says probably a wk or so... I say so you didn't think it was important to inform your guess of this? That's one of your amities & when I book somewhere I expect the amities I booked, especially with kids. He tells me No only if the guest ask then we'll tell them! That is completely unacceptable & just flat out rude! There was no sister hotel or discount offered. Unbelievable!
