I would not stay there again

It was real dingy and dusty and have as clean not what I expected considering the other hotels I have stayed in the same area when I come into town

Room was clean and you couldn't beat the location close to I-40.

The room was spacious and clean.

They could use some better maintenance. Lights were burned out and it took 2 days for them to change the bulbs. There was a well marked "breakfast room" that had nothing but coffee available. Kitchenette was undersupplied with glasses and silverware.

I like it was close to everything ...the room had great appliances!

My room had a bad smell when u walk in the hotel was a bad smell 😩 I bought sprays etc still stank.. they couldn't change my room the toilet ran all day we had to cut off the water so toilet will stop running smh

I wouldn’t stay again because it seemed to be a little safety sketchy outside in back parking lot were people sitting in

it was clean .. bed was comfortable.

it’s an older hotel .. very outdated but clean.

Almost 100%

The staff was excellent and helpful. It was 5 minutes from from our venue so that was great. The bathroom was large and clean.

The sofa needed cleaned desperately. The kitchen floor needed mopped better.

Just excellent.

Did not take in any breakfasts.

The air vent above and to the right of the shower head had not been cleaned in quite some time, and was covered with dirt.

Beautiful clean hotel!

The check in and check out was quick and very professional. I wish I was there longer, the bed was the most comfortable I had experienced in a hotel.

Exceptional

I Like the fact it was quiet the surrounding was clean,I really Loved everything not much negative I can say everything was Great Thank You so much if my kids was Happy an Comfortable I'm Happy for sure!!

The Air Condition an the way it was in the wall could use an update or remodel around it. An the fact that some Guest they had staying there took Advantage of the outside lounge area to the point I don't think it was fare they left the amount of Trash they left overloaded the Trash can nore took in consideration of the other Guest who may wanted to relax an lounge around because they also did stay out there for a long period of time.

Don't believe what they offer

Location was good, staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was not served anymore, room was not really clean and we were put in a handicap room with a terrible shower with a hole in the shower floor

loved the suite. kitchenette what everything I needed me and my family. overall great place to stay.

I think they need a hot bar for breakfast. They only got muffins something grab n go

This place sucked and I would never stay at another one of their locations.

The bed was comfortable.

Room service to make the bed after 1st nite stay and clean towels placed in the room. A coffee carafe and insert would have allowed us to make coffee in the room, but these were not provided. Advertised breakfast included but none was provided. The pull out sofa had not been vacuumed maybe since new. Dropped my phone between the cushion and when I took the cushion off to get phone there was crumbs, dirt and old French fries under the cushion. Disgusting!

I will not stay at this location again and would not recommend it especially if you have an allergy to smoke

the staff was nice and very understanding

the room was dirty and smelled of smoke. the smoke detector was not connected and the pull out sofa was completely filthy

The advertisement stated that there was a free airport shuttle, but that is a lie and no shuttle service exists from this motel.

Pleasant

The area was great, staff was friendly, room was nice and big, had the handicap room, wasn't aware, but very spacious

The dish washer kept coming on randomly after which we turned off many times. Scared the hell out of us. The dish cabinet was broken, so I'm guessing that was why the dishes were still in the dish washer. The pull out couch was squeaky, didn't even pull it out. The phone in the room did not work, we didn't have enough towels, or blanket.

Meh! Not terrible, not great.

The room was clean. The bedding was comfortable. There was coffee in the room.

There was only one dining chair at the table and an uncomfortable office style chair that was very unstable. My husband almost fell backwards out of it. No upholstered chair or settee, so the only place to sit was the bed. No luggage rack. The booking information promised breakfast, but the dining room was closed and we were offered paper sacks with a small water bottle, prepackaged muffin, and a snack bar. When I questioned that, the desk clerk suggested that I tell booking dot com that the listing needed to be updated. That should be the job of the property, NOT a guest!

My worst experience at a hotel yet

There was no breakfast the said it would be paperbags with muffins and water .

It could've not had that awful smell. House keeping is definitely lacking at this facility. It was mildew On the curtains. The pull out couch had stains on it so did the mattress. Had to cancel and book elsewhere.
