All the staff members were helpful,polite, knowledgeable and a joy to work with.
Carpets in common areas could have been cleaner.
More pots and pans would be nice. There were no bowls in the room.

The beds were comfortable.
My microwave didn't work and it was dirty. The staff gave me two options - new room or microwave. I chose microwave and never got microwave brought up to my room. The hallways were dirty. The drinks are overpriced. One of the staff entered my room while I was not there without my permission and got caught by my daughter. I overheard how another guest got his items stolen out his room.

I liked how it was in a decent driving distance from our excursions. The room also included a hot plate stove, oven and refrigerator.
Our toilet seat was broken but it wasn’t a huge deal and there didn’t serve bendy hy

It was in a nice area very quiet
The walls in the bathroom was a little dirty could’ve been cleaned better and there was a spot on the floor where crumbs were left
