The views were absolutely beautiful! The property also offers a great variety of rental options, including bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas, which made it convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
We really wish we had known before booking that the bar next to the pool is now for private use only. Being unable to order drinks or food while enjoying the pool was extremely disappointing, especially since access to that type of poolside service was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
We were also surprised by the $50-per-night incidental hold on our card. For a 7-night stay, that would mean $350 being held on the card. While we understand that an incidental hold is temporary, that seems excessive and is something we feel guests should be clearly informed about before booking.
Overall, we feel these are important details that should be disclosed upfront so guests can make an informed decision about whether this hotel is right for them.
