Great location, great rooms, fair prices but please change or vary that pool playlist!!

Great location. Great rooms.

Pool playlist. After 3 days with only one playlist (reggae) constantly on rotation, we considered running for the hills and started to believe Bob Marley was still alive after all

The ambiance of the hotel was exceptional! Beautifully appointed in every sense of the word. Room #366 faced the parking lot which left a little to be desired but the room itself was impeccable...I would definitely definitely return.

the faciltiy is beautiful and is in a great location!

The front staff desk, the bell man and the manager were non-responsive to my requests/questions. The front desk put a full $1500+++ charge on my credit card for extra charges...way over the top. Not necessary. The bell man was very "tricky" in accepting a second tip...never mentioned that he already was given one. the shame of the misstep, i would have given him the extra tip, anyway. However, i left with a less then impressed feeeling. Finally, i called and left two messages with the hotel manager, Maria, to discuss my experince. She never called me back. the outrageous things...she kept sending me emails to rate the hotel. All of the above, very sloppy way to run a beautiful hotel. too bad!

Okay but could be better with more TLC.

In the heart of one of two major retail areas. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Odd layout, lack of grab ‘n go fare (or any on-site food), bathroom sink was not well-cleaned, and few in-room amenities. Daytime valets were very nice. Nighttime valet didn’t lift a finger (or show signs of life) upon arrival.

Location is the best.

Make up mirror light didn't work, hair dryer was cracked- dangerous, especially with the kids. For 700＄a night you expect better quality control.

The property is in the heart of downtown Naples and it’s in the perfect location. It’s got a cute little pool, with a nice gym and it’s very clean.

The staff isn’t very friendly. I’ve been here twice and you can see the turnover is very high. The views from the rooms are terrible.

Doesn't deserve 9/10 ranking...

Great location! You can walk to all of downtown Naples. Pool is cute and cleaning staff is wonderful. But that's about all...

I'm aware that this, and many other properties, are still recovering from Ian. So any complaint that could be attributed to that storm I have omitted. The whole stay was just...bleh. The front desk staff was not giving anyone a luxury experience. The rooms are WAY overpriced for what you get. furniture in the room was beat up. linens were not clean on my bed - when I called I got no apology just "we'll send housekeeping" (who were delightful) like finding someone else's sock in my bedding was commonplace! The main elevator broke so we had to walk through a stinky, dirty back parking garage to an alternate elevator. When you get on the elevator you're supposed to gain access to the floors by swiping your key - turns out that security feature was also broken so literally anyone who wandered down that alley to the back of the hotel could access any floor at any time - NOT ok! When I asked if the main elevator would be fixed soon I got "I really do not know" ....well seeing as how no one has been spotted working on it for days I guess....never??? just no concern for guest's comfort at all. I could go on but the main point is it's a 3 star hotel charging $800/night banking on their location making up for poor service and little to no amenities.
