Very nice size of room with a good table and night stand. Pretty clean and nice TV channels to watch.
I had a room next to the exterior security light. I had to modify the curtains to block all the light coming in. Someone woke me up in the middle of the night knocking on my door for no reason as well. Perhaps because I was near town center and hardly anyone else was staying there that night.

I attended Provo for the FilmQuest film festival, all the activities happen just an 8 minute walk from the hotel, so it was a very convenient location, with a 7Eleven just half a block away. For the price though, there was no better choice.
It is as you'd imagine a motel would be, bed was comfortable, but there was a noise that randomly would kick in, like a drop falling, but happening on a pipe behind the wall, it would happen for a minute or so and then would be gone. It was good for what I went for but only thing that threw me off was that the person on the front desk tells me "dont leave anything valuable in the room". I instantly became alert of everything and in panic, nothing was stolen or anything though. and I had my laptop and passport there.
