It was a nice room, very clean and a comfortable bed
We couldn’t sleep because of the LOUD air conditioning unit that cycled all night. The view out our window was to the parking garage behind the building - not great.

The Front desk people were so great as was Booking.com, because when I found I was too uncomfortable as a severely handicapped individual, they allowed us to cancel our second night reservation, with no financial penalty. I wish that more hotels understood that handicapped people don't travel, because very, very few hotels can accommodate a severely handicapped person such as I. There is a lift to take a handicapped person from their wheelchair into the hot tub, but no lift to take me from my wheelchair into my bed. We need certain equipment to help us access the shower also. In all, it might cost the hotels like Hyatt, at the most, $10,000, but it would bring you a whole part of society who isn't travelling but would like to!!
Lack of the real facilities a severely handicapped person needs in order to travel comfortably. A stool in the shower does nothing for a really handicapped person. We need roll-in shower chairs, and a lift to take us from the bed into the shower chair, so we can roll into the shower, and back out to the bed, where our family can help us dress.
