Clean, helpful staff
When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. The front desk informed us their system went down and they pretty much didn’t know who was in what room. They gave us a new room pretty quickly, but it was concerning they didn’t know what rooms were occupied.

While the room was clean and tidy, the lobby, hallways, elevator and pool area were dirty.
