The jacuzzi tub was perfect after a long day of driving. Staff was so friendly and helpful and made me and my dog Theo feel welcome. The bed was SO comfy too and my room was way bigger than I thought it was going to be.
The only downside was there were tons of mosquitoes outside, it made taking my dog out miserable. Obviously that's not the hotels fault, just something to keep in mind for warm summer days.

The staff at the Best Western Mountain View Inn has always been incredibly kind and welcoming. They were helpful and very understanding and sweet to the children as well. They provided a good breakfast and made sure all our needs were met. They were understanding when we had to change our check in time to a little bit later than originally planned. They were quick to respond when we had to make requests for a family member who needed accommodations (she got sick and didn't come but they were willing to work with is anyways.)
The mini fridge/freezer and Microwave need to be updated. They were extremely old. Surprisingly still working, but very old. Also the couch bed was a little off (part near the back of the couch was tilted down instead of flat).

Location was good, staff was great. Trigger if you have sensitivity to smell, hotel is old and does not have a pleasant smell. Room was clean with exception of the floor was extremely dirty(kids socks were black from walking on the floor) no carpet. Mirror had finger prints all over it. Beds very comfortable, pillows need some love. Overall for the price it was good. All the things that were an issue we were able to clean ourselves, except the smell in the hall.
