Room was nicely renovated and had a kitchenette, shower tub, comfortable bed, pretty quiet. Dog friendly. near the center of town.
The first room we were in the lights went out so they moved us to a room next door, which worked out ok. We were unable to figure out how to turn the heat on, but the room was comfortable with just the heat we put out. We had been told that there were no elevators just stairs. All rooms started on the second floor and the stairs were about 60' long with one landing. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs, dog bed, food, etc.

This is a very charming hotel with robust history - perfect for our 2-night anniversary trip. The period furnishings add to the Victorian theme, and the rooms feel functionally up to date with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our cozy and spacious "Genevieve" room with a peak-a-boo view of the neighborhood below and beautiful fall leaves. The location could not be better for our relaxing vacation - close to food, coffee, shops, and the waterfront. We appreciated the complimentary wine glasses in lieu of the customary anniversary bottle of wine. Thank you for making our anniversary trip special.

Beds were comfortable. Coffee bar well stocked. Soaking tub was nice.
Location is perfect!
Noise from child running around upstairs late and early the next morning as well. Very strong smell of pizza from next door business.
