It was clean.
Beds and towels need to be upgraded; cosmetic issues in bathroom and door; breakfast needs whole grain, low sugar options.

Good location to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison
Carpet wore out, dim lighting and not a very good breakfast. Coffee was maybe the worst I have had. We ate at McDonald’s Donald’s the next morning just to get a decent cup of coffee of coffee.
