The room and breakfast were both good! On a hot day, I really appreciated that the hotel had cut on my air conditioning - it was great to walk into a cool room! Management is clearly doing the best they can with the property and it definitely works for a night or two. Comfortable bed and pillows, good shower.
The parking spaces are simply too small, it was very hard to find a spot I felt safe from getting dinged. The location is OK, but once inside, the room is fine. Unfortunately, I could hear my neighbor loud and clear, but that’s not managements fault. It was just built cheaply.

The staff was courteous, the breakfast was good.
The carpet was worn out. Water stations had no water after repeated informing them.

The location was ideal. Right near Monticello and UVA. We were able to put a family of 5 in one room comfortably. It was mostly clean.
The air conditioner made a loud noise for most of the night. The breakfast was underwhelming. Facilities are tired.
