Location excellent. Motel is right on the beach. Short walking distant to the beach. Wonderful beach front view. Prepare to walk up two or three flights for ocean front rooms. If no oceanfront you can still sit outside from room to get oceanfront view on 2nd and third floor.
Loud air conditioner, bathroom a whole step up. Put chair at entrance for safety. No light for kitchen area. Slippery tub. No bottom fitted sheet on bed. Top covers and sheeys too small for bed. Only one night stand and no outlets at bedside for personal devices. TV is too small. Kitchenette was clean but need serious accommodations. Who is checking the rooms for guest? Faucets were backwards. Using shower knobs was like figuring out a combination lock. Toilet seat was lose and kept shifting. This was one the most expensive rooms for the motel.

The owners are wonderful. The room was great clean. I definitely would stay again.
