I enjoyed the quickness of checking in and getting our room key. It was very clean when you first walked in the temperature was nice and there wasn’t that many people when we went down. They also had different activities for the children each day in the afternoon that my children part took in.
Some of the floor in our room was covered in sand and the towel holder in the bathroom broke the first night we arrived. We were supposed to have an ocean front room, but we received a pool side view despite the amount of open rooms the time we were down there. They also had events listed for dates and times while we were down there and when we went to the events they were canceled and no one informed us until we got there.

Location
Bathroom door did not shut- fan didn’t work, shower pressure was so low. To be fair we didn’t tell the property any of these things for them to change.
