A good place!

The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. The balcony is nice. The staff are warmharted and friendly, even satisfied our extra request.

Well worth the cost and very comfortable.

The view below was distracting from the view out, but that is just the nature of the location. Incredible view of the mountain line. The facility was well kept and clean.

The shower tap was hard to navigate. Over painting on the windows.

A Ford Pinto for the price of a Corvette

We really enjoyed the motivation to leave a bad review.

I booked this place thinking we were going to have a big soaker tub and a fireplace in our room. The listing on booking is a bit misleading but I take responsibility for not paying closer attention. When I realized we had no soaker tub, I called Glenn to check if there was a mistake with the booking. He said that the rooms with the soaker tub are the flagship for advertising and if you want to "buy a corvette you have to pay for a corvette". Little weird but anyway... I politely said I'll happily pay for the corvette. But there was no corvette available, they were all booked as Glenn said. I accepted my fate and the embarrassment towards my partner who didn't get what was promised and moved on to have a good time. On our second day, we got back into our room to find out that someone had used out toilet and forgot to flush. That was for a #2 by the way. It seems like they showered after at least, since we found hair that was not ours in the tiny non soaker tub. We laughed about it and moved on to have a good time. The evening of our last night there was pretty cold, so I wanted to turn on the fireplace but it wasn't working. I texted Glenn asking how to turn the thing on and was informed that fireplaces are turned off during summertime because the "rooms overheat" and I should use the electric base heaters instead. I wonder if the rooms overheat because the walls are paper thin and you can hear the farts from next door. It seems like they spent their whole budget into no smoking signs instead of insulation between the walls. We respected all the signs and went to have a smoke in our car. At some point Glenn came to check in on us saying that he was waiting for one last guest to check in, which was a lie. In person check in ended at 5pm,only self check in available after that.Made me wonder if there was some racial profiling happening as well.

Noisy. Could hear people above and beside. Room not as advertised. Not an executive suite.
