About this house rental
Centrally located in North Park, this quaint 2-bedroom Spanish Revival house, newly remodeled, with a kitchen that opens to the dining room, central heating and air conditioning, a large backyard with patio dining and a barbecue. It is located on a quiet residential street but still a 2-minute, half-block walk, to the well-sized convenience Parkside Food supermarket, the Thorn Street Brewery, nightly gourmet Food Trucks, Grand Ole BBQ y Asado, Santos Coffee House and a hairdresser. A quick four blocks walk to Number 2 bus line going south along 30th Street to downtown, or South Park, or north to the North Park restaurants. You can also walk 8 minutes to 30th Street and Upas for a large selection of restaurants and entertainment. The San Diego Zoo is 1.7 miles away in beautiful Balboa Park, site of the 1915 Panama-California Exposition, Balboa Park now home to the Natural History Museum, San Diego Museum of Art and many other historical attractions. A family member is available for Japanese speakers.
Parking is easy at the house with “off street” parking in the front driveway for two vehicles, and street parking is always available.

This stay was our first at this property, and we hope to return many times in the coming years! We had a FABULOUS stay. The house is set up with thoughtful design, amenities, and pleasing aesthetics. Bonus: the rear patio and seating area were like having our own private park.The house is in a good area: walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, and small groceries. We enjoy walking, and we had several morning walks into Balboa Park; we EARNED those breakfast calories!The hosts were friendly and responsive. We highly recommend staying here!

The house is just charming, in a great location. It quiet and you can walk to a few restaurants & stores, The hosts are very responsive and the kitchen is well supplied with dishes, coffee, etc.The beds are super comfortable and the house is spotless with a fun decor. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there!!

We had an excellent stay. The home is centrally located and provided quick access to all SD has to order. Everything is exactly as pictured. The check in process was smooth, communication was great. The hosts took great care to ensure the home was clean, stocked with essentials, and ready to enjoy. We’ll definitely stay here again.
