The Twin Bedroom is decorated in a Jungle theme with Kuzco's pet panther to greet you. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall. The living room has a 42' flat-screen TV with DVD player and a selection of movies for the family, with comfy sofas - one of which is a sleeper sofa. Also available is an XBOX with a selection of games. Free local and long distance calls within the US. The dining table seats six. Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer. We can provide a high chair or a Pack N Play fold out crib UPON REQUEST. This second floor condo is 1,208 sq ft with a private screened-in balcony. The second floor condo is a short 2-3 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and free parking is available immediately outside the condo. We have a key-less door entry system - you do not need to go to a check-in office first. 24 hour on-call Property Management Should you require immediate attention while staying in our condo, our property management company will be there to take care of you and your party. Luxury condo very nice kitchen bed were comfy. Everything in great shape no issues. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen with tons sof utensils, bowls, etc. Great communcation with manager. Easy to follow instructions. Resort amenities always great here. We played pickleball and basketball, getting the equipment from the desk which was awesome. Good location. Very quiet at night. Restful sleep.
Will definitley stay here again!!

So convenient to Disney parks! The layout is perfect for 2 couples and a child. Roomy, clean, and excellent communication with our host. I would definitely stay at this location again!!

The condo is tucked inside a lovely gated community. The clubhouse and amenities were so convenient and well taken care of. The condo itself was fantastic! The ONLY thing I can think to suggest for improvement is the king bed. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, but I know everyone's preferences are different and it could just be mine that wasn't a good match for it. It just felt a little too stiff and unforgiving. But, even that is just a small nitpick and the only thing I could say that's not awesome. We stayed for our first Disney trip with another family we're close friends with and the place was perfect for families with kids. I loved having access to Disney channel of course and everything worked as expected, no issues with appliances or anything. The owner was super sweet when we called to ask about a possible early check-in. We were pleased with the pool and how quiet it was most of the time we did spend there. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be staying again next time we make the trek down to Disney!

The property was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The owner was amazing, very helpful with questions, and quick to respond. Thanks to her recommendation I was able to have a stoller that I rented dropped off and waiting for us at the sundry room.Condo was exactly as described and clean. Location was perfect. Very close to walmart, gas stations, cvs, etc. My kids also loved the pool. It was a nice and well kept area. Most important for us, close and easy Disney World access! Took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the parks and that was with fall break traffic.

This was our first time using Vrbo and it was such an easy process. Check in was super easy. The condo was exactly what we wanted/thought it would be. Clean with plenty of room for us. The community pool/splash pad was so nice to enjoy on our off day. It’s super close to the parks but also to grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely plan to be back one day.

An amazing property located in a great area for all the major locations. The property was ideal for the 4 adults in our party. The property and complex has everything you need to make your stay perfect and enjoyable. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Anna was very helpful when we decided to extend our stay one night to the start and end of our stay. She answered all our questions very quickly as well. The place was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 4 and the property where it’s at is nice. Having the security gate to get in is an added bonus. We never had an issue with parking and parked in front every time. Oh and the AC worked wonderful, but I would have loved a ceiling fan in the bedroom as I’m a hot sleeper.
If I had two items that could improve the stay it would be, a larger water tank, as it wasn’t enough for all of us to take quick showers. The other would be the instructions of what had to be done before leaving. When a cleaning fee is paid, I’m not sure that saying you need to take out all trash, wash your towels, strip the beds and do the dishes is reasonable. We had a very early morning flight where we had to leave the VRBO by 530 am making that difficult to do. With that said, at the price we paid for such a nice unit, we did our best to do what we could. It helped that we were not a messy group and had no kids with us. We were also not at the unit much as were we at the parks every day of our stay.
I’d definitely stay here again if we came back to visit parks. The area had a Walmart very close and lots of dining options. If you stay with kids or really wanting to stick to a budget having a full kitchen was nice. We did not use it, but still nice to have.

We stayed a week in this condo to mainly visit Disney World (and a day trip to Tampa). The area is very safe, and the property is roomy, clean, and nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities (though you should bring paper supplies). It was great being able to make breakfast in the morning and bringing lunch to save time/money. WDW parks are 15-20 or so minutes away (depending on traffic). Walmart and publix are also close. We didn't use the pool but it looked well taken care of. We would stay here again!

Really nice property and nicely decorated. Great air conditioning! Beautiful pool and game room. Close to everything. Walmart and publix are right down the street. The property owner,Anna is wonderful and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

We booked the trip in 2022, we chose this property on looking at the pics we were not disappointed one bit. The whole estate is very clean and quiet and feel safe for my family. The pool is lovely spent may hours there soaking up the suns and relaxing the bar is ok but the selection of food is limited for children but the arcade is good enough for my kids

The condo was great for our family trip. It's not far from all the attractions to go visit in the area. Anna was great with communication and the condo did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bath linens. The check in process was especially easy and the staff was friendly. The pool was also beautiful! There are grocery stores minutes away so you can stock up your kitchen if you plan to eat in. This was a Disney trip for our family so being close to the parks was a must without having to pay the price of staying at one of the Disney resorts. This condo is only about 15 minutes away from any of the Disney parks so very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo! I have one tip for traveling if new to the area - Orlando airport gets insanely busy! Plan plenty of time to check any bags and go through security. We arrived at the airport 2 hours early and we almost missed our flight.

I’m not sure what happened some of my friends were not happy with the property. They ended up at a hotel. They sent pictures of things they were not happy about. I didn’t go there personally. But stains in the mattress was apparent, complaints about the a/c and concerns about bugs. So, that was my experience.

My husband and I came for our grandson's wedding at Disney. The condo was perfect. Quiet, super clean, close to many attractions, and to top it off, Anna was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will certainly rent from from Anna again! Thank you so much Anna.

Great central location to get a taste of what Orlando has to offer without checking in/out multiple times - Disney ~15min, Universal & Aquatica were 20-30min, and Clearwater beach <2 hours. Spacious and well-equipped condo. And the resort has nice amenities. Picking out a movie to watch in their ~50 seat movie theater was a perfect way to end our week-long trip. Anna was super responsive and even helped us arrange for a little early check-in so we could stop at the grocery en route from the airport. Highly recommended!

We wanted a local resting place to visit Universal. The condo was ideal for our requirements as it was comfortable, clean and close enough to the park but far enough away so as not to be smothered by Mickey and his pals. Anna was perfect when it came to communicating. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Expectations exceeded, would book again
Very satisfied with our stay. Property was within 20ish minute drive to Disney and 30ish minute drive to universal, traffic dependent. Community pool is 3-5 minute walk from the unit. Listing states that most amenities were not included, but we found that sufficient towels/bedding were there. We did have to purchase a small amount of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags, but this will be dependent on what is left by previous guests. We did encounter one issue during the stay. The unit upstairs had an issue with the toilet causing it to overflow, leaking into this unit. Property owner was very quick to respond and take action. Property manager was in contact with us within 10-15 minutes and the problem was resolved shortly after. Community pool/clubhouse included a bar/restaurant, store and small arcade. Unit had an xbox360 for the kids if needed with multiple games. There were quite a few toys for smaller children in the unit as well.

This condo was lovely. We really only used it to sleep and shower between parks but it would be a great place for a long-term stay. We had plenty of room and the layout was perfect for our 3 young kids. The unit is also well stocked with kitchen utensils and random baby gear. We didnt need any of it but I was surprised to find a highchair, umbrella stroller and packnplay for our use. The guard at the gate was very friendly and getting in and out was very easy. There's a Wal-Mart and all your standard fast food/shops just a few minutes away and easy enough to get to.

Wonderful Stay at Kuzco's Condo!
We just returned from an 11-night stay at Kuzco's Condo and we loved every second of it. The property is in close proximity to Disney World and is surrounded by many stores and restaurants. The condo was well-stocked with essentials and a starter stash of items like toilet paper and paper towels. We loved the convenience and space of separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a washer/dryer; it put hotel living to shame. The unit was beautiful and decorated to perfection. Our host, Anna, was super responsive any time we had a question. She was also super sweet and easy to work with. We loved our stay here and we would return without hesitation! Thank you, Anna, for a wonderful trip! :)

This is an excellent property for a family vacation. It is close to Walmart and Magic Kingdom. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of space without being on top of each other. The place was clean and kitchen stocked with cooking supplies. Yes, there was a little of everything that you needed to get you started, and if you need more then Walmart is around the corner. Only negative is the TV didn't work; something was wrong with the cable connection. The maintenance person did come to pick up the boxes, but didn't return them during our stay. Anna was great and replies quickly to any inquiries. We would stay here again in the future.
