About this house rental
Immaculately clean, beautifully furnished three bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath beach house in private community. Community is well maintained with private beach and dock adjacent to Farm Neck Golf Club. Two kayaks and one canoe included as well as 4 bikes and beach chairs. Lovely sun porch and landscaped back yard with hammock, deck furniture and grill. MBR with en suite bath on first floor , powder room and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with King bed, one with Queen and twin. Additional finished loft space above garage with TV.
Home is ideally located a 5 minute drive to the center of Oak Bluffs and a 10 minute drive to Edgartown Center. Both are easily accessible by bike on well maintained bike paths.

The host welcomed us with tips, restaurant recommendations, and access to amenities on the property. She was incredibly responsive and the home has everything we need (and then some!). Lovely place. Lovely island.

The property was truly amazing. The home is decorated beautifully, has all the supplies and amenities that one could need (including access to a kayak and canoe!), and is in a lovely, quiet location. If you play gold that is plus, because you can see the gold course from the home. It is a wonderful vacation home for a small family, or two couples. There is even a guest house! The host was very responsive and helpful.

We rented this property in May 2018 when our family travelled to Marthas Vineyard for the Marthas Vineyard Marathon. The house is lovely and extremely well equipped. The layout is spacious and easily accommodated family meals. The kids loved running in the yard and because it is not on a busy street, there were no concerns about traffic. The house is an easy walk to the lagoon and a quick drive to Oak Bluffs, State Beach and Vineyard Haven. Dr. Hecht provided an extremely complete and useful house/island guide in advance of our arriving. We would certainly rent this home again.
