Fantastic location. Room is no frills but very clean and staff is friendly. Pool is an added bonus. A car was necessary but many nice restaurants and beaches close by.
Considering this is the Hamptons, there is very little to complain about as being on the beach or having a larger space would be much more expensive. However, kitchen (if you need it) is small, basic, and ours was located in open space next to bed. Two night minimum during our stay might be more than some want but worked for us (and less than one night elsewhere).
