Located in Oceano, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. In Summer, from June 23rd to August 25th, this property is rented weekly . Otherwise, there is a 2 night minimum stay. Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck. Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach. Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. The location was literally steps from the beach. The only issue was it was at the beach's entrance there was frequent trucks carrying ATVs interrupting this gorgeous view, to the point where we wonder if this was a street based on the amount of vehicle traffic. The beach was incredible early morning (before those shops opened) which gave me the beach front experience I had hoped for. The house was on the smaller side with a very small kitchen but successfully accommendated 3 adults and 1 infant just fine.The main issue we had is that it needed to be air out a bit when we arrived so I opened the windows and purchased some products to freshen the air and we were fine The host was incredibly nice and responsive.

Perfect cottage type accommodation for my wife, myself and our two yellow labs. Easy access to the beach with a great fire pit area overlooking the ocean. Definitely will come back here.

We were so glad we rented both properties. Would definitely do it again. Such a perfect property. It was a heavenly time and would suggest it to anyone who has a big family. Looking forward to renting it again.

This was such an amazing spot. We had the opportunity to sit back and relax by the beach. The place is in the perfect location with amazing views and a lot of really cool spots to sit back and relax. We had so much fun whether we were BBQing in the back, sitting by the fire, or hanging out on the rooftop space with the view. I absolutely recommend staying here if you can!

We got there and the place we rented was Small. The pictures on Verbo was not what I thought. Nell Accommodated us as soon as the other people left. I rented from her at four times already. I really like a big house will never rent a small house ever again. Very nice spot. Thank you Nell for your help.

My husband and I celebrated our 34th anniversary at this location last weekend. Had another great anniversary getaway again.This is a great place to get away for a few days, unwind, and enjoy the gifts of the sounds of the ocean. The property has changed over the years. I have also enjoyed seeing all the upgrades to this property. If you haven't seen this place, I would encourage you to go for a few days.

Great location. As advertised and a super nice host/owner. The unit was well-equipped and the beachside firepit was fun. You can see the humpback whales breaching and feeding right from the firepit which was a pleasant surprise!

My wife, 2 teenage boys, and i really enjoyed our time there. My wife was happy to be able to wake up and go take a walk on the beach every morning. It a nice cottage, great location. The local restaurant have good food. We were really happy with the place. We plan on possible renting it next year. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed when we found out it was not a peaceful beach but a 4-wheeling free for all, I think we should have been made aware of this.

It was pleasant and enjoyable. The worst part was when we woke up and thought the neighbors were in our room. The adjacent patio for the front house is so close it sounds like the folks are talking in your room. Fortunately they did not use it much. The best part was the upper deck view and owner response time.

This was our first time visiting Oceano. It’s a very beautiful, quaint town. The property sits right on the Dunes. We stayed at seagull, which is the small house behind the main house. Everything was clean, we loved the upstairs deck to watch the sunset. The house is equipped with everything you need. We were very comfortable, We met Nell, she is very sweet. She gave us a tour of the main house, it’s beautiful. Kids enjoyed the Humvee ride on the dunes. This will definitely be our “go to” place every year.

Wonderful little house located steps from the Ocean. This house worked out well for our stay with the pups. Had a great fire pit and views. Nell is great to work with and extremely responsive. This is our second stay at Nell’s property and looking forward to the next stay.

You are right on the beach with beautiful sunsets just a couple steps away. Everything is nearby and within short walking or driving distance. We had a great stay and Nell was great about communication.

Door to bedroom came off as trying to close it…refrigerator leaked Unit is very close to ocean, but the beach is overrun w vehicles for offroading We had a nice stay but for the money, I would look elsewhere

A true beach house! Was a very good experience for our family and their dogs. Location was good for walk to restaurants that had good food and dog friendly. The fire pit made our last sunset a d star gazing a pleasant ending.

Great communication from owner. Very quick to respond and on top of it! I had no issues whatsoever. Nothing but ease the whole stay. Loved the location and the fact the water in the shower , kitchen, bathroom and jacuzzi was hot. Zero complaints. In fact my daughter accidentally left her laptop charger behind rather than driving over 4 hours back Nell immediately did what I asked her in desperation to do (I felt so bad asking) and mailed it to us. Within I think an hour! Who does that??? Very cool of Nell to go above and beyond for us. Thank you for the use of your beach house that we enjoyed very much!!!! Can’t thank you enough! :)

Following a last-minute, not-for-pleasure travel to the west coast, I found this property that seemed to fit my needs. Nell's lovely gem of a home was the gift that kept giving; despite the reason, I was traveling and the weather many government officials were crying wolf about, the location was fabulous! Gorgeous views, plenty of solitude for thinking (if one does that sort of thing these days), a steamy hot tub, more than an adequate kitchen, lovely linens, and so clean! The toasty furnace was terrific. Nell's above-and-beyond graciousness was so unexpected; I am forever indebted to her for her kindness.

Nice quaint little spot literally right on the beach, like others have said this is where the offroaders get on the beach but it is fun watching them drive by or get stuck.

Should have done more research on the area before booking but my wife and I were really looking forward to the beach access and hot tub. Instead, we left 3 days early. The house is located by the entrance to the dunes. Beach access is great but it opened up to trucks and trailers going to the dunes to the south and other trucks and cars driving on the beach to the north. We were constantly looking over our shoulders or ahead to oncoming trucks and cars when on the beach. We did enjoy the fire pit one night. The house is underwhelming. We dealt with ants in the kitchen our first morning. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower is very small. Everything was as clean as an older house can be. The fridge, while clean, smelled bad. The hot tub was dirty, and cold, and did not appear to be in working condition. We have no desire to return, particularly for the price.
