Perfect Location: Specifically chosen for the ideal location, our home is convenient to all WaterColor amenities and is perfect for multiple families or four couples who want to get away from it all! A short 5-minute bike ride takes you to the beautiful beaches and fabulous shops of 30A, including Seaside and WaterColor. Kids can stroll 100 yards down Spartina and they are at Camp WaterColor's pool, playground and fields!! We are less than a 5 minute walk to the Tennis Center. Also, Publix is less than 5 minutes away, so grocery runs are quick and easy. You will not be disappointed in our ideal location! Relax and Enjoy the Features: One upstairs balcony and three wonderful porches downstairs are perfect for relaxing. Take a nap on the porch swing/bed after an active day at the beach, a fishing excursion, or a round of golf. The fireplace located in the screened porch off the living area will keep you warm on cool evenings.
