Perfect location, bad condition of accomodstion.

Location is perfect in historic part of Sevilla.

I had a very poor experience at this accommodation. The most significant issue was the extreme humidity throughout the entire place, which made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was a persistent and foul sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread into the rest of the living space. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was not good, the furniture and kitchen elements were dirty and greasy upon arrival.

Exceptional

We had the loft apartment for 7 nights and were happy with the amenities and the location. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice towels. The loft apartment is at the back of the building so there were no views to the street but it had a lovely shared courtyard below which was nicely decorated. It was very quiet at night which was a real bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the loft to other travellers.

La ubicación es lo mejor.

La higiene deja mucho que desear. El segundo día apareció la cucaracha más grande que hemos visto nunca en medio del baño, saldría de su nido… y eso te hace pensar que hay muchas más. Además de eso el apartamento estaba lleno de mosquitas y tuvimos que matar 3 arañas de un tamaño considerable. Además de eso el apartamento no está mal pero es mucho más pequeño de lo que parece. El baño muy antiguo.
