Situated in Seville, this attractive condo for $133 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The apartment is on the top floor of a lovely, traditional Sevillana house, just one block from the Plaza del Museo (The Museum of Fine Arts) -- a perfect location, both central and quiet, from which the whole city can be visited on foot. The apartment is light and airy and sunny all day, with views over the rooftops. It is well furnished and equipped, and prettily decorated. Plant-filled terrace, southern orientation, 16m2, has table and chairs with parasol -- perfect for meals and drinks outside. A/C. Ceiling fans in every room. WI-FI. Heating. Towels and linen provided. The neighborhood has all you need: bars and cafes, supermarkets, cinemas, Post Office, department stores, bike rental places, churches. Only 3 blocks from the river walks and gardens. 15-min walk through the downtown pedestrian shopping area to the Cathedral and 5-min to the Plaza de Armas bus station with buses to airport, Cordoba, Madrid and Portugal. Bus to Santa Justa train station is 5 mins' walk away in Plaza del Duque. Please note that this apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up, and unsuitable for children under 12 and anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Our building is not a block of tourist flats. The neighbors are natives of Seville, mainly elderly, and we ask that you please be quiet at night, respectful of them, careful about security, and that you have no parties.

We are 70+ year old couple from USA and appreciated all the help and support we received from "Javi" and Alexandra (bags up the stairs, scheduled taxi to airport, small repairs, restaurant and flamenco recommendations, etc.) Beds were good. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Rooftop patio is delightful (as long as you remember that the church next door rings bell on the hour during daytime). It was perfect for our 4 days in Seville. Great location for walking to the scenic parts of the city.

El Como is in a good position to visit all parts of Seville and has most things required for a relaxed holiday. We were greeted on arrival by Javi and given all info needed for our stay.
The terrace is a lovely addition and it was great to have breakfast out there, before the heat of the day struck.
Flat is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, so be aware of this. It was also very hot while we were there and air conditioners struggled a bit to keep the flat cool.
Some of the decor/furniture could do with an update, but I would recommend El Colmo for a short stay in the city.

Javi, who dealt with our check in was fantastic. Very helpful.
The location is great - everywhere is walkable. 5 mins to a supermarket; 20 mins to the cathedral / Alcazar area; 10 mins to Alameda de Hércules (a great street with so many bars and restaurants) and best of all only a 10 min walk from the bus stop to and from the airport.
We loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment - we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. In fact we hope to one day.

This was an excellent location for five nights in Seville. The apartment is in a typical Spanish neighborhood and has everything you need to make you comfortable. It was an abnormally cold January but the heat pumps kept us warm. Beds were very comfortable and we had tons of space to ourselves. We didn't mind climbing the stairs to the top floor because that gave us a great view and no neighbours above us! Very good value.

We had a great time in Seville. The flat was perfect for us...very quiet but near to everything we wanted to do. Luckily the church bells didn't ring till 10 am.

Lovely accommodation, friendly owner and great location.
Absolutely wonderful flat in central Seville location. Comfy beds - quiet back bedrooms, clean, light and equipped with all the basics. Great communication with owner and later Javi who looks after the property. We loved the ringing of the bells!!!

Lovely apartment with beautiful sun-trap terrace
Lovely hosts, really easy to get in contact with them and responsive. Location is easy to walk to anywhere you need to go and explore the city. The real highlight is the beautiful terrace which gets sun throughout the day - a true gem. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Loved it here. The stairs a bit of a treck. However had all we needed. May I suggest a fan or cooling mechanism for the terrace. It was very warm at times although under fabric cover x. Location perfect.

Everthing about Seville exceeded my expectations.
It was a wonderful place to stay. Some people might find the 60 steps to climb a bit of a problem, but we found it was a great exercise in helping our fitness level. One suggestion I would like to make. The wonderful sun filled patio would be heped by having some sun loungers in addition to the table and chairs.

Great location, very comfortable apartment
This apartment is reasonably close to the historic center, but also provides a quiet retreat away from the tourist crowds. It is a very light, airy, attractive apartment with well-equipped kitchen, and lovely terrace off the living room. We enjoyed hanging out on the terrace after a busy day, catching a cooling breeze. (The church bell across the street can be a bit jarring, but it doesn't ring very often!) It is well-provided with a/c and ceiling fans to deal with summer heat (which we got a taste of, even in May). We had a very comfortable stay here--it quickly felt like home!

5 Nights in Seville
The apartment was clean and spacious. We drank coffee and ate our breakfast on the rooftop patio each morning. The location is well suited for walking to many attractions like the bullfight, the cathedral, and the Alcázar. There are many good restaurants within several blocks and a big grocery store and department store close by too. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Spotless Apartment with very central location
This Apartment was spotless. it was spacious and would have suited a full family. We are just a couple so we had plenty of room. All the main rooms have very efficient air-con which is a great asset when the outside temperature gets to 30c +. Excellent wi-fi.
It is centrally located and about 10 minutes stroll from the central coach station.
We walked everywhere but there are small buses which pass by at regular intervals. The buses are small because the streets are very narrow. Supermarket, fruit shops, bakeries and bars are plentiful and very adjacent. The Museo de Belles Artes is just at the bottom of the street and well worth a visit.
The downside? the Apartment is on the fourth floor with a fine staircase but no lift.
We had a great time in Seville and this apartment was a joy to come back to at the end of a day exploring.

Perfect apartment in Seville
The apartment is everything you could want in Seville. Great location, very central. A few minutes walk to the Arts Museum and to many restaurants, tapas bars, and easy walking to the main sights (depending on the temperature!). The apartment is spacious, has two decent bedrooms, kitchen/dining area and a lounge. There is a good-sized terrace. If you find stairs difficult, then this would not be for you, but the details do warn that there is no lift. Very secure. If you turn left out of the front door, and walk along to the second on the left (maybe third left) there is a bar with flamenco twice a week, worth a visit but likely to be packed out so go early. My first visit to Seville, and I think we struck lucky with this choice, I recommend it.

We have stayed in the flat twice and plan to visit again in October. The apartment is very comfortable and attractively furnished with a lovely patio with views of the roof-tops of Seville. It is about a fifteen minute walk from the cathedral, Real Alcazar and very near the river.
The immediate area is one of delightful narrow streets with many churches, plazas, cafes, bars, local markets and food shops. Here you can experience the more authentic flavour of Seville and be prepared to brush up on your Spanish because people don't so readily speak English. We particularly recommend bar Alfe Que Que, a friendly bar on Calle San Vicente which has live music every Saturday night ranging from jazz to flamenco.

Very well situated apartment. Up a few flight of stairs but got used to this after a couple of climbs. Apartment had everything required, although we did eat out every night. Who wouldn't in Seville? The best thing was location could walk to everything we wanted to see. Good communicarion with owners. Only problem was wish we could have stayed longer

Excellent flat in Seville
We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which is spacious and well-placed in a nice residential area within 5 minutes of the Art Gallery and an easy 20 mins. walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The apartment is spacious, airy and cool and the private roof terrace is a real boon. Generally well equipped, though I feel that the cutlery and crockery are due for renewed, but the beds were good and the place was comfortable and quiet. Alexandra's notes were very helpful and she was a mine of information too and very easy to deal with. Overall, it was excellent value, just what we were looking for and we certainly hope to come again!

The accommodation fully met with all details and inclusions in the property guide. It was fully equiped, very convenient for the centre of Seville and only a 3 minute walk from a supermarket. There was even quite an array of herbs, spices and condiments available in the property provided for our benefit. The friendly owner met us on arrival and explained the details of the heating, cooking and general systems and property layout; she also provided a local map and offered good advice on where to source provisions and where to explore further afield. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the property and the holiday in Seville.
