About this house rental
Nestled in Garden City, this attractive house for $514 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 1 King in upstairs Master BR. 1 Queen in each of 2 upstair BRs. 2 Queens in downstair BR. 1 Queen sofa bed. Sleeps 12. Linen service (sheets and towels) included in price for stays of 4 or more nights, $180 for 3 or less nights. Villa 3 is a 2-story, 4 BR, 3 BR, 2,250 SF house. A large 50' x 20' x 4' deep pool, with 1 foot deep area for lounge chairs or small children, is available for all renters and shared with 3 other houses. The first floor has an open floor plan with nicely furnished living room and 65' Roku TV, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with granite counter top, dish washer and refrigerator. It also has a bedroom with 2 queens, bathroom and deck with nice table and 4 chairs and beautiful Garden City Beach ocean and pool views. The second floor has a master BR with king bed, adjoining deck with beautiful ocean views, TV and bathroom. Also on the second floor is 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and Jack and Jill bathroom and a small washer/Dryer room. The beach is a short walk, just cross the street, for direct beach access. The house is less than 1/2 mile north of the Garden City pier, centrally located. Garden City is is in an ideal spot close to Myrtle Beach, outstanding seafood restaurants in Murrells Inlet, over 100 hundred golf courses, water park and great family vacation living. You would not be disappointed. Guests can park in the driveway under the house they are staying at with limited parking in main driveway.

A spacious, comfortable home with a great location for an off-season meet up with extended family. The bedrooms were spacious, quiet and had comfortable beds that made sleeping in easy for the teens, and there were nice TVs in each room. The kitchen was well stocked (Keurig and full coffeemaker), and the washer dryer worked well. There was a spacious dining table with room for 8 for meals, games and puzzles. The location was great with lovely ocean views from the balconies off both the living room and master suite. The walk to the beach was easy, and there was a nice large patio by the pool to congregate. (The other 3 villas in the development were vacant while we were there.) Didn't need to communicate with the hosts during our stay since everything went smoothly.

This rental worked perfectly for our group of 7 adults in the area for a wedding, and staying a week to enjoy some family beach time. The house is spacious, clean, and inviting, and had everything we needed. The location is great, right across from the beach, and a short drive to Myrtle Beach and Pawley's Island. We would definitely look into staying here again if back in the area.

We had 4 couples stay here the week after the hurricane. The host Maureen was great, she checked out the place for us before made the trip and was very informative about the damage of the area. The house in a great location and very clean. We look forward to going back next year.

My mother, her four sisters ages 67 to 80, a niece and myself (both 53) had a marvelous time. The property is beautiful. The view was beautiful. We absolutely recommend this property! And are looking forward to staying there again.

This house location is excellent. There is a pool shared by only 4 villas. Beach access across the street, pier,restaurants, putt putt and water park all nearby. House is in excellent condition and very clean. I noticed that the pool water was tested every day and pool was cleaned regularly.

My family and I stayed here and it was wonderful! My parents joined us, so only 6 of us total for the week. The location was great and loved having the pool on days we had had enough of the salt and sand! Would recommend for sure!! Thanks again!

This was a great stay! Property owner, Maureen was absolutely great. Very responsive to needs, polite, accommodating & made sure our stay was good. Our son graduated from CCU so we traveled from VA with our family. It suit our family well, quiet place to enjoy our stay and enjoy celebrating our son’s accomplishments. We had four guys stay here for a golf trip and had a really great time. Great, quiet, location and easy to get around. Very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.
Having to pay extra for towels and sheets was kind of a bummer coming from Nebraska and not being able to really bring our own. It would have also been nice to have a few more basics provided like paper towels, facial tissues, etc. Very bare bones as far as those types of things.
Overall very easy to communicate with Maureen and we really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this home for the 4th of July week with four adults & six kids aged 10-19. Our first time there & we loved every minute! House is very nice with comfortable beds, has everything you need and it really is in a perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach & everything else is a short golf cart ride or drive away. Having the pool was amazing & it was never crowded. We were surprised at how many people set off fireworks every night, beautiful but loud at times until 11 at night. Not a big deal for us but could be for others. Hope to be back someday & would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described, very clean and neat. It was a great set up for us with one bedroom down and three up. We had 4 couples. The furnishings were definitely a step above what you typically find in a rental beach house. The porch was a great spot for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Of course the best part was a two minute walk to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

I had not gotten any response to emails to owner prior to check in time for access code to the house. I found a phone number on the site after check in time and was able to call the owner and get the code after guests had arrived and were stuck outside. It was very stressful. I also asked for the full email with info at that time but it was never sent. We never got the gate code for the pool.. we actually jumped over the fence first day and then did not use pool any longer. Communication was difficult. There were people that stopped by the pool area that is right on the street because they wanted to talk to my kids and the owner said the gate from the street got damaged. I have no way to know and these people were not my guests but I did pay for the gate lock since we were unfortunately the group they stopped to talk to. It was on the other side of the property by the street. Of course the house was left in great condition and is a nice house. Overall though with the stress of check in and yeh pool code never provided even though it should have been it was a negative experience from our perspective.

House was perfect for 7 adults, 2 preschoolers and 3 babies. Easy access to beach. Plenty of room inside and outside of the house to play and enjoy the area. We would definitely stay again. Easy communication with owners.

House was just as portrayed online and we enjoyed it though there was a broken rocker on the upstairs balcony. Access to the beach is great.

This house was very convenient to everything we needed. The property manager was super helpful in assisting me with the house. My only draw back was the cleanliness. The refrigerator and most of the kitchen tools were not clean. There were items left in the refrigerator. In our Covid world I would have wiped down anyway, but I was not looking to do a full kitchen clean. But we would definitely do it again.

What an awesome place.!!Everything was as described. The house is in a great location to the beach. We had an easy time getting our whole crew over to the beach each day (which included a 20 month old and a 4 year old.) The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed for our visit. Our property manager was great to work with. We hope to return again next year.

Check in was a breeze. Property exactly as described. Terrific location only steps from the beach. Property very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kids were happy and we were happy. The balcony outside the master was wonderful for sitting and enjoying the ocean views. Kitchen was terrific for preparing meals, living room was spacious and comfortable, even the linens were amazing. We look forward to returning many times in the future.
