Situated in La Quinta, this charming house for $451 per night is a great choice for your next break. Built on a spacious 10,000 sq ft lot, Villa Villeta is 2600 sq ft. Newly recarpeted, comfortably sleeps 10 in 8 beds. Located in La Quinta, walking distance to Tennis Garden, close to Polo grounds, Coachella, Stagecoach and other Desert venues. This 4 bedroom+ Bonus room home features 3 Cal King beds each in their own private bedroom. There are 2 Master suites each with a Cal King bed and two additional Cal King bedrooms. The Bonus room features a 9 foot pool table, bunk bed with a trundle and a sofa bed. Great room for kids! Walk up bar for 6 is adjacent to the large living area featuring a 70" 4K, Smart TV, with surround sound. Back yard features an older large private pool, spa, 4 hole putting green, grassy area, outside dinning, BBQ, and plenty of tanning lounges. The main floor of the executive home is host to a large chefs gourmet kitchen with new top of the line appliances and a coffee and juice bar. The large dining area will seat 10 comfortably overlooking the beautiful pool and putting green. The large living area features a huge new wrap around couch and 70" 4K, Smart TV, with Netflix, Pandora etc. included. Top off the experience with a great surround sound system, shut the barn doors for complete surround sound experience. Xbox included with games for excellent gaming experience. The custom walk up bar is also able to view the large 70" TV. The kitchen and eating area are open to the family room or may be closed off by shutting the custom barn doors. The laundry room off of the kitchen has new extra large capacity washer and dryer. The left wing of the home features one of the two large master bedrooms with attached bath over looking the spa and pool. A Cal King bed featuring a pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding. A 43" flat screen TV for your private viewing. Walk-in closet, and dual vanity bathroom is attached behind the sliding barn door for privacy. There are two more bedrooms and a bath in this wing, the front bedroom features a huge Cal King bed, pillow top mattress with luxurious bedding. The middle bedroom features a Queen bed with pillow top mattress. Both with mirrored wardrobe doors. The shared bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo. The private 2nd Master bedroom is off the other wing of the house. Boasting a Cal King bed with pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding. A 43" flat screen TV with Netflix for your private viewing. And an additional bathroom. Upstairs off the main entry is the bonus room. Featuring a regulation size pool table. Bunk beds with a Queen mattress and two twin mattress a sofa bed. Another Alexa is provided for entertainment while shooting pool. The back yard oasis features a large pool with two sets of entry steps and a spa. Sitting and lounging areas are ample around the huge pool. Enjoy evening cocktail, appetizers and BBQ around the outdoor dining table. For the golfers the putting green has four holes to practice your putting. Pool toys, putters, are available for your enjoyment. There are many grapefruit, lime and lemon trees. The Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve is a short drive or bike ride away. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains are literally at the foot of the Preserve. Adults and children alike will enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the area. Keep your eyes peeled for the sighting of the road runners. Old Town La Quinta is a short 5 minute drive and is home to a number of boutique stores and restaurants. The world famous La Quinta Resort is a 10 minute drive. It's architecture, grounds, shopping, dining, spa and golf amenities and make it a "must do" experience. Desiring even more shopping, dining and entertainment? Things to know:
Rooms/beds: 4 bedrooms plus bunk bed in pool table room that the grandkids loved. Beds were very comfortable.
Living/TV room: Great family sofa, very nice large TV, but we never quite figured out how to connect the sound-- yes, we referred to the instruction book, over and over.
Music was easy: just ask Alexa
Kitchen/dining was functional for our family of 8.
The house was built in 1994 and it appears that the only items have been updated were the toilet (comfort height) in the master bedroom and newer LG washer/dryer.
Pool/hot tub: Easy to use. We liked the way the heater shut down once the pool and hot tub were warm--no concern about it running all day/all night.
Convenient location, nice neighborhood.

The Good: Good location in quiet neighborhood and plenty of room. Nice backyard to lounge in and relax. Kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook in. Laundry was also handy. House fully equipped.
The Bad: When we arrived we found 2 dead large cockroaches (or some other large bug I didn't want to look closely at) and as the stay progressed we found small ants in the bathroom. Place was dusty but I think it's hard to stay dust free in Palm Springs; however the place could also use a deep clean. One of the beds is really high and I had to "climb" it to get in, would not have been possible with older guests.
Overall: Good for large group if you don't have bug phobias.

Stayed at this house with a group of guys for the Power Trip concert. Everything was very nice and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again if I ever came back! 🤘

Great house for cozy getaway and for multiple families. Kitchen is well stocked with accessories, garage parking is a plus, pool table and putting green are great for all. Pool is simple but works well (be prepared to clean leaves daily due to large trees). Would rate higher, but found a few bugs in the bathroom areas. Must be the desert weather.

This was our third stay at Villa Villeta. We keep coming back because Villeta is perfect in every way.
Villeta is impecably clean.
All we need to bring are our tooth brushes, clothes and food. Everything else is provided and is top notch.
The beds are super comfortable. (We checked the label on the mattress last time we stayed and bought the same for our home.) Our Host "Karen" provides high quality sheets and pillows. Bathrooms have soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
Entertainment is everywhere.
Outside is a great shaded pool and jacuzzi. Huge putting green, shaded lawn area, patio lounges with umbrella and a glass patio table.
Inside is a beautiful living room with a big TV and a huge sectional sofa for the entire family. There is an big slate pool table, walk up bar, dining table able to seat 10 comfortably and and a huge kitchen with everything you need for a big family meal.
Villeta is super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is within a few minutes drive or have it delivered.

Only 3 things to improve: the cleanliness in the house, we found dirt under the beds, such as cigarette boxes, water bottles, dirty napkins, second, we recommend fumigating the house, many cockroaches came out, and third, maintain the floor and the pool walls neater.
