Nestled in Imperial Beach, this lovely house for $1,050 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.*** 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Oceanfront House Enjoy our beautiful, spacious beachfront house, that sits on the sand as you relax and marvel at surfers on ocean waves, and look in the distance at the fishermen on Imperial Beach Pier. Enjoy breathtaking views from the patio, kitchen, dining, living room, and master bedroom. A guest writes: 'Our favorite thing was sitting on the patio with a glass of wine every evening watching the incredible sunsets!' There are four bedrooms. A guest writes' My favorite thing was falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves! Another writes:'When the kids were not on the beach they were in the kids bedroom/game room playing the pinball machine. Best family vacation ever!' There is also a top roof deck. Whole house air conditioning. The Area Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

You can't beat the view here and being literally on the beach made up for some drawbacks. Imperial Beach is a 20-30 minute drive from most of the tourist destinations, but if your primary requirement is the beach then it's a great spot. We appreciated the comfy furniture in the living room and the kitchen had enough equipment for us to make everything we wanted to (except cutting boards). The gorgeous view off the master is also noteworthy. Things that would help make this a better spot: replace mattresses on the double bed and the queen bed that's in its own room. They were bad enough to cause discomfort the next day. Also, the sofa sleeper in the TV room needs to be replaced. The sofa looks very worn and the bed is nearly unusable. Having mirrors in the bedrooms would also be useful. The upstairs guest bath needs a good cleaning and some new caulk and grout. The mold is off-putting to say the least. The rest of the house looked clean.

The house was gorgeous! Had everything you might possibly desire for a beachfront stay! Beautiful home, tons of space, full and very well stocked kitchen. We did have some maintenance issues. 1. The propane in the outdoor fire pit ran out the first night. This was addressed the next morning when a maintenance man delivered more propane for us. 2. The lights in the upstairs bathroom/hall did not work. This was also addressed the next morning when the maintenance man was able to troubleshoot the circuit and fixed the lights. 3. The oven did not work on Bake. This was not resolved during our stay. 4. The ice maker in the freezer did not work at all. This was not resolved during our stay. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again. The o Lu reason for four stars was due to the non working appliances.

This was our second time here! We love the view of the ocean & having easy access to the beach! The neighbors are friendly. We could walk to numerous restaurants & ice cream shops. Enjoy walking the pier! Found lots of shells & sea glass on the beach! Hoping to go again next year!

This house is located on the beach!! Every morning we were down walking the beach and collecting shells that washed up overnight. Very nice small town. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. House is spacious and very well layed out.

We did not do much but the zoo and the safari park. I spent most of my time watching the surfers and looking at the dolphins. The house was very nice. The views were incredible. It was very easy to cook in the kitchen. I would recommend this home to everyone. Steve

The view of the beach was EXCELLENT- we didn’t have to go anywhere during our stay. Away from the crowd but within walking distance to good restaurants. Highly recommend.

the master was very comfortable and had nice amenities. the other adults could not sleep on queens, as the beds were too sqeaky. The heater went out and thermostat was.broken but he property managers were very attentive and fixed immediately. I would add some more pots and pans for holiday cooking. we had a lovely time and would go again.

The view is so amazing!! Location is also great -walking distance to restaurants, bars and little shops. The house itself could use some updating, and beds in the 3 rooms other than master are not the best. But, I would stay here again - just for the view, access to the beach and overall location.

The house itself and the view were absolutely STUNNING!!! However, everything else was horrible! The house was not cleaned properly at all! Dirty dishes, filthy drawers and the towels that were left for us to use , we’re not fresh! They smelled mildewy and gross!! I went to wash them, so that we would be able to use them, only to find out that the dryer did not work! It wouldn’t get hot at all. Decided to go make a meal, to find out that the stove didn’t work properly either…. At least it just needed a lighter ( that was not there, and we didn’t have one. No one let us know) So we had to Stop our stuff again to go to the store and buy one.. Which.. ok, Not the end of the world but had someone made us aware of this.. We would’ve been prepared for that, we were ready to start our vacation and it was one problem after another… Finally after this great start, I go to go upstairs where my suitcase was in the bathroom, only to find it covered in ants……. Seriously?!??

This place was absolutely stunning !! The views of the ocean from all 3 levels of the home was breathtaking!! We enjoyed this incredible home so much that we already booked it again for next summer!! Just one thing to mentioned. We knew by the reviews that the mattresses were a complaint. So we were anticipating that but when we slept in the master bedroom, we were very comfortable. However, when our guest arrived and spent the night, they told us the next morning how their mattress was as hard as a rock. We might be bringing a mattress topper with us next time for our guests! LOL But all in all it was a fantastic home to vacation at!!

We were impressed with the location and design of this property. The beach was clean and the views from the property were gorgeous. We had our entire family with us-grand kids and all! We hope to return again soon!

This was a great house for our family. No issues. Booking was very easy and the property manager was very responsive. Could not have asked for a better location and the huge window was awesome for watching our kids surf.

Unbelievable views. Beautiful home. FYI all bedrooms on second floor - difficult for grandma to go up and down but manageable. We were fortunate that by day 3 we were able to go into the ocean due to contamination from sewerage from spring storms. Beach was clean and safe. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Pet friendly neighborhood but dogs not allowed on beach behind house but patio area was enough for our dog.

The house was fantastic! The house was well appointed and very comfortable and the location was INSANE - waves literally a stones throw outside the door and lots of cute restaurants within walking distance. We woke up every morning to coffee on the porch by the fire pit watching the surfers out on the water, cooked up a storm in the kitchen, rang in the new year on the roof and could see fire works from miles around! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us - we hope to return soon!

This property did not disappoint! From sunrise on the roof to sunset on the beach the view was absolutely amazing. Being in town for a wedding on Coronado Island, this was a perfect location. Many local eateries and shops within walking distance and a short drive to the wedding venue. One son was able to get past the waves with the kayak and enjoy a nice paddle on the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of sand toys, beach chairs and beach towels. If we are ever required to be in the area again this would be the place to stay! It was a great family weekend.
