This property is so well maintained with attention given to every detail including cleanliness. It’s a perfect home base for entering Yellowstone via the Gardiner entrance. A wonderful place to start and end your day. Very comfortable and inviting. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very comfortable. Amazing, and right in the middle of town. Elk were in the yard daily. We were able to walk everywhere. Restaurants, music, shopping is very close. Gardiner market is fantastic.

Great location for entering North entrance Yellowstone. Walk across street to eat or a couple blocks to shop. The rental was perfect and differently rent again and recommend.

We were a five minute walk from the North entrance to Yellowstone, which made our days very convenient. We always found parking at the curb right outside of our door. It was perfect convenience.

Our family of five loved spending the week in Yellowstone and coming back to this rental each night. It was so close to the entrance of the park that it felt like no added travel time. The rental itself was great for our family to spread out and relax in the evenings. We especially loved sitting on the deck in the evenings and spotting wildlife right below on the property.

We were 4 adults and spent 3 nights in this large and confortable accomodation, close to the park entrance. I recommand for visiting at least all the north part. Gardiner is a very quiet little city, even on July 4th !, and I recommand the restaurant "Cowboys lodge and grill" just facing the home.

Was an amazing place to stay, literally minutes from the entrance to YNP. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. The owner communicated promptly and effectively. I couldn’t think of a better place to jump off into the park everyday!

So close to Yellowstone NP, but so much quieter and calm. You can hear the river from the unit and can enjoy the company of elk in the yard. Comfy, clean, well supplied with everything we needed. Perfect base for exploring the park, but also for enjoying a some relaxing zero time!

Highly recommend this property - thought the outside didn't look great, but booked because of location and availability. Expectations were exceeded - this is a wonderful place! The location is perfect, everything needed was supplied and very cozy. A bonus that an Elk visited each evening and we watched her from the large deck. Thanks!

This location is perfect for visiting the northern section of Yellowstone Nat. Park from Mammoth Hot Springs to Old Faithful and Lamar Valley. The apartment itself is quiet at night, extremely comfortable, and well-equipped to fix your own meals. The last item is important because Gardiner lacks much variety in restaurants and can save you money. The Wi-Fi is excellent and the artwork on the walls will bring back memories of great times hiking and touring in Yellowstone.

We had a wonderful time in your very comfortable duplex unit in the heart of Gardiner. We were able to walk to shops and great restaurants nearby such as the Cowboy Grill and Wonderland Cafe. We took a scenic float down the Yellowstone River with the Flying Pig Rafting Company and enjoyed the view from the porch while enjoying breakfast. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals and it was great to have the washer and dryer available. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the "Yellowstone" decor. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We had to cancel on the day we should have arrived, because Yellowstone NP had been completely closed. We called Tera and she gave us a complete refund.

Parks Riverside was wonderful. Very nice with everything we needed for our stay and the extremely comfortable beds. Very relaxing, loved sitting out on the deck watching the mama elk that would bring her baby to the backyard every day. We hope to be able to stay here again next time we visit Yellowstone.

This rental is practically at the entrance to Yellowstone. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is super and we used it everyday for several meals. Everything you need utensil wise to cook. The bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer were a real plus for our stay. An elk visited the back yard a couple of mornings. It was an easy walk to restaurants and for coffee in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again.

This property's deceptively simple exterior does not do it justice. Inside it is spacious and clean. Tons of room and well equipped. The location is amazing. Just one mile from Yellowstone! Easy in and out!! Definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and spacious. We loved the back deck. You can hear the river and we saw two Elk in the back yard! It is a small town but there are very nice shops and good restaurants. I definitely would recommend that people stay here when visiting Yellowstone

The property was clean, well stocked and spacious for our 2 person group. Location just 2 minutes from North Entrance to Yellowstone was excellent. Balcony/deck and grill were nice bonus. You could walk to restaurants, bars and stores w/in short distance, too. Appliances, kitchen, pots/pans and containers were plentiful. Even coffee, spices and sugar. This was plus since we took lunch each day to the park. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. All in all, it was perfect for access to the park and had enough supplies based on Gardiner Market (quite well stocked) to meet your needs. I'd consider staying there again upon my next visit to Yellowstone.

We enjoyed our stay very much, was very clean and especially the great thick bath towels. Has many dishes, bowls in the kitchen. But make sure you bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because of the noise. It has washer and dryer but no detergent. Would be nice to provide this for guest convivence.
