Very cozy place and lots of room for whole family. We cook a lot and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Property just as described on website. Decor is lovely and condo is very comfortable. The condo has all the amenities that you could need for your vacation. Well stocked with supplies, spices and misc. pantry items. Location is amazing. Easy 5 min walk to Quicksilver lift and the Maggie. We walked to town a couple of times for dinner and it's a very easy 10 min walk down the path. Owner very responsive. We had a small hot water issue and the owner responded immediately on NYE and problem solved. Would definitely stay here again.

Greg’s condo is perfect - adorably decorated for the holiday season and super close to the lifts at peak 9 - we easily walked there. The hot tub was an added bonus and the beds were super comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great as well. Our family of 4 had a blast!

Greg’s place was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Great location - walkable to shops and restaurants and hiking trails. We loved the pool as well. Greg was a responsive and helpful host! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for us. The home was lovely and the kitchen was stocked. We love to cook so we were grateful for all the spice options and pots and pans. We stayed for a family ski trip over President's Day weekend. The location of the condo was wonderful and an easy walk to both the ski lift. shopping, and restaurants. And there was also a bus stop just outside the door if you didn't want to walk. The condo was perfect for our group and I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo is in a great location. There were no issues with noise from surrounding units. Comfortable bed. And appreciate the Keurig for a quick cup of coffee before walking to the ski lift in the morning.

We loved our time at Warriors Mark. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was one of the most well stocked condos we have visited. The layout worked well for our family of 5. Close to town and skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Our expectations were exceeded.
Communication with Greg was fabulous! He was so responsive in every way!
Kitchen was fully stocked as others have stated and I enjoyed using the spice rack to add Sage to my fried eggs every morning! Also, we loved that this condo had a Keurig as this is our normal morning routine for nearly all 5 of us.
Games, blankets, and humidifier (which I needed to use but was remiss in setting it up) just to name a few things that made this place so wonderful. They even have a pack and play if you have wee-ones!
The outdoor hot tubs and heated pool were just a short walk away (3 minutes) and we enjoyed them a few times especially after a long ski day!
The quicksilver lift was always a long wait (15-20) minutes each morning but we were not there trying to get the first chair, either. It was a short walk (7-10 minutes) but the walk back is a bit of trek as it is up hill most of the way
In order to avoid the walk back from skiing we found that taking the Gray South shuttle home from the Beaver Run area was the best! They wind all the way through Warrior's Mark so we recommend getting off the shuttle just after you pass the Lances West condo complex where you are staying!
There was not much lighting in the second bedroom but since it was mostly used for sleeping we did not have an issue.
The TV with all the entertainment we could ask for was great!
We loved the oasis that the remodeled downstairs bathroom was for us all and it was a great surprise!
The sleeper sofa could have been better for our youngest (17 year old).
We will definitely consider staying here again!

First family vacation in 2 years and we are so glad we booked this place! Location was spot on - close enough to town yet far away enough to be quiet. The condo was bigger than it appears online and was very comfortable for our family of 4 (including a 22 and 18 year old). Lots of incidentals provided made for an even more comfortable stay. Very clean and temperature easily controlled. Greg the owner was very responsive. When we ended the week with a wrench in our plans - he was very accommodating. Ice fishing was a great excursion and an unbelievable experience.
I look forward to going back.

Greg’s place was just as described. The location was great for us to bike right from the condo and walk downtown Breck. Also loved getting the trails up the mountain side from behind the unit. The hot tubs were great too!

Perfect for our family of four.
Location is great, it’s on a quieter street, close to Main street, very walkable, clean, comfortable, close to local trails. Greg, the owner, was in good contact with us if we needed anything. We stayed June of 22’ to catch some of the regional art festivals and some mountain biking. Would stay again, book with confidence.

We really enjoyed our trip, very clean and well stocked. We had to reschedule our trip unexpectedly, and the host was very accommodating. There was enough room for 5 people. You can walk to the lift, but we ended up paying to park closer.

Awesome place
This was probable one of the best stocked places I have ever stayed at. Plenty of blanket's, towels and pillows. Everything you need for cooking. Pool and hot tub a big plus. Close enough to walk to town and ice-skating rink. Just down the hill is the ski lift.

Overall good and what we needed
The location of the property was very good.. it is nice to be able to walk to the ski hill and to town! Overall it was comfortable and supplied our needs. Minor complaint was the living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and the temperature control was tough. May want to offer humidifier. We would definitely stay again though.

Close to everything
We loved the location of this condo and we didn’t need to use our car at all! It was perfect for our family of 4! We liked having the bunk beds for our teen twins. We loved being able to walk to the Quicksilver lift each day! Town was a short walk as well and easy to get to!

Great Location and Comfortable Beds
The apartment was in a great location close to the quicksilver and beaver run lifts, a gas station for snacks, breckenridge brewery, and the down town shops. We had plenty of space for 4 adults to sleep comfortably and move about the apartment with out having to step all over gear. Would have easily fit more people, but probably only if there were couples to double up in the rooms. Nothing was broken, and it stayed nice and warm when the temperature hit 20 below zero on our first night. 4 large hot tubs plus a large pool were clean and close, but they were out of ear shot of the apartment in case you do not want to listen to folks getting rowdy.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The only thing that could have improved the stay was a little more of a comfy couch to hang out on and a humidifier to help with the dry air. But other than that this place was just right for our family ski vacation!

We loved staying at this place. Although even a short walk in ski boots can feel long, I'm sure we had a shorter walk than if we had parked in a lot and taken a shuttle. The condo was quiet and a very short walk to the pool. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We loved how close we were to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops there. Our biggest disappointment was that our trip was so short. We would definitely stay here again.

When we were originally scheduled in March, a huge snowstorm hit Colorado closing the airport. Greg was amazing in working with us, and he rebooked us to a later date. Communication with him was fantastic. He was very responsive and willing to work with us. We actually went in December. While there wasn't a ton of snow this year, we still had a great time. It was too far of a walk to the slopes for us (unless there is a shortcut we don't know about), so we took the free shuttle. The stop is just across the street so easily accessible. This drops you off at the Beaver Run outer circle. When you leave, you need to take the Brown line on the inner circle (right beside where cars drop off skiers) or you will end up at the transfer station. Our kids were happy to wait for the bus by the bonfire area at Beaver Run.
The condo was actually nicer and larger than it appears in the pictures. As you walk in, there is an area to store boots/ski gear/jackets, etc. It's a split level, so a short set of stairs to reach both the upper and lower areas. They had a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations up in the living room, which made it even more fun! Plenty of dishwashing supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and regular towels. We didn't do a lot of serious cooking, but there were adequate tools to do so. We never walked to town, but it would definitely be doable. The hot tub is very close, and there is a changing area for your convenience.
For the money AND excellent customer service, we felt like we had good value. Thanks for the rental, Greg!
