About this house rental
Our home is great for a family adventure or romantic getaway. The home has been renovated and updated throughout. Large backyard space for dining, relaxing and playing. Wonderful green space for sun and a picnic area under the Magnolia Tree for shade. This home welcomes you with its light and airy decor, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. An easy walk to the beach,SUPER RAD REC PARK, grocery, shops, bars, restaurants and more!Easy to access: Mayo, JTB, Mayport, PonteVedra, and Seawalk Pavilion. We have four bedrooms and two bathrooms, large backyard space with outdoor furniture, grill, outdoor shower, basketball hoop, outdoor dining table and a deck with a picnic table and lounge chairs. Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay!

This place is awesome - great backyard, comfy beds and excellent location. Pictures don’t do it justice…even nicer in person. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This house was much larger and nicer than we had excepted! New bathroom and kitchen features and great water pressure. Back yard was perfect to hangout in and location was great! Would stay here again.
