Nestled in Cape Coral, this lovely house for $159 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Description Sunny, bright home furnished with everything you need for a great vacation relaxing by the saltwater pool while taking in beautiful water views. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the split layout provides privacy between the master suite and 2 guest rooms. The home will easily accommodate families, couples or singles traveling together. The spacious screened pool area includes a solar and electrically heated saltwater pool, a covered patio with TV, ceiling fans, pool lounge chairs, a comfortable sectional and a dining table with extension for seating six-eight people. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking. This home is a boaters dream and outdoor lovers paradise! Located in SE Cape Coral, this home has direct Gulf access and is 5 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River. No bridges, means quick access to the Gulf, Sanibel and Fort Myers! Walk down to the private dock to fish or sunbathe or take your boat on a Gulf adventure. By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! It was the perfect get away. Location was great close to Cape Coral yacht beach ft myers sanibel captiva. Great views and all of the fun beach toys you could want. It’s a great property with the heated pool and outdoor grill eating area.

Family of 4 just back to the UK after spending 8 nights here and it really is beautiful with beautiful location. Has everything you need, plenty of towels and beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and very comfy beds! We hired a boat for the week, just amazing would come back tomorrow!

The stay was great. The house is really nice, nicely decorated and you will find everything you need. The pool and the view are the highlights.
We didn't see one manatee. Maybe July is not the right months for that, but the name of the house gives this impression.
The service provided was as bad as it gets. One of the two toilets clogged two nights in a row. You get a number to call Jim with any occuring problem. That is what we did. Jim told us he couldn't come because being at a party. Since we were 6 people staying in the house and the functioning toilet being at the master bedroom, he finally did come over with a working plunger (the one at the house did not work). Next night, same problem. Jim was again at a party and refused to come. Even hung up on us. Blaming our family to cause the problem and saying they never had this problem. I just asked myself, why there was a plunger next to the toilet already when we arrived... But even if. We would expect help or at least a working plunger provided. The house now has one, we had to go and buy it by ourselfes...
We would go there again, if we had the feeling, there is someone to call in an emergency situation. To bad, there isn't.

This property was just as described in the listing. Three bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, an open floor plan living area that overlooks the pool and patio which overlooks the canal. We all really enjoyed our stay and had no issues while we were there. Had there been issues, there was a number for a handyman posted throughout the property for us to call. The master bedroom suite was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the shower too! The rest of the guests all had to share the other bathroom and that was a little challenging at times but nothing major. The general area was great. Relatively low key compared to other resort towns in Florida, which was nice. We visited Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, both of which were still very visibly damaged from the hurricane. Sanibel was beautiful! We went to the Miramar Outlets and Sunsplash Water Park as well. All in all, it was a very relaxing vacation spent with family.
Just a few MINOR items for consideration:
- Apparently the pool had been shocked the day before we checked in and we werent aware. So the chlorine level was VERY strong the first few days. To the point that the kids' eyes and skin were red and their clothes were discolored.
- There was no beach umbrella, but we bought one and left it at the house so there is now!
- The vacuum didnt work very well which made cleaning up behind the kids and after a day at the beach a little difficult.
- The couch could use a cleaning.

The property was lovely! Everything we needed for a beach vacation was provided--beach wagons, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The owners were very responsive and flexible with a change in check out plans. We saw lots of dolphins and took the kayaks out every day. We swam in the pool daily!

When you enter the home you are immediately greeted with an incredible view of the canal. We saw so many dolphin. The kayaks were fun to take out and get close them. The home was very clean, and the master bathroom newly remodeled. The house had all the beach supplies we needed, including chairs and a wagon to haul everything out on the beach. The deck was a nice spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We loved this home and would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. There were more updates than the pictures show including tile flooring throughout, updated master bath and kitchen including new appliances and new decking for the dock. There is one step down from the kitchen and dining to the seating area. The table on the dock was missing an umbrella but overall this home was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Despite Cape Coral recovering from the hurricane, we were able to enjoy the area and this rental was perfect. Very clean, plenty of amenities- we enjoyed the pool and bikes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had plenty of supplies to make quick meals

The house is beautiful. Very comfortable and stocked with everything you would need. We had a rough start. We couldn’t get the lock box open. Once we got in we realized the air was broken. After the air was fixed it was great. Unfortunately the house next door was putting a new roof on. Of course none of our problems were the fault of the homeowner.

Had an excellent time. Pool was a great entertainer of 4 under 6. Many floating and water toys, nice kayaks. Bikes, fishing poles all supplied. This home had everything to have a fun time. Plenty of loungers. Outdoor fridge, grille and all utensils needed. Very well stocked home. Thank you Sue Larson homes for thinking of everything.

The house was as described. Plenty of room for several people. The views were great. We could watch the storm clouds and lightning from far away(we like that) from the canal deck. We saw dolphins! It was a quiet neighborhood, we heard nothing all week. The homes in this area are very nice homes. The home was supposed with everything you would need such as popcorn, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Plenty of towels etc. The pool area was very nice and even had pool lights that you could change. We only talked with the home manager once Nat and she was so nice to come over. We would stay here again and recommend it to others

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was very well equipped and stocked with essentials on our arrival. This a great location for anyone renting a boat (as we did). It’s only a few minutes away from the main Caloosahatchee River and access to beautiful gulf coast beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time staying at Manatees at the Dock. The home is beautiful and just as described in the listing and the views are even better! The house is completely well stocked with everything you would need, including a kids bike, scooter, beach bag and coolers. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the dolphins swim in the canal. We took the kayaks out almost daily and could have reached out and touched the dolphins they were that close! Sue is a wonderful property manager and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful week in Cape Coral and Sanabel island.
Wonderful vacation home. My husband 3 teenage/college daughters and I stayed one week. Enjoyed swimming in the pool every evening and kayaking on the canal. Tons of great restaurants in Cape Coral. Husband hit Merricks seafood and grilled us a seafood feast. Spent most days on sanabel island beaches. We’re thankful the house had beach wagon, umbrella and chairs for our use. Thanks for sharing a fabulous home with us!

60th birthday vacation
what an amazing time we had this house was more than i expected the pictures are great but when we got there i was just in love with the house the pool and the dock at the canal, i had 2 grandsons and my daughter and my mother and definitely there was something for everyone, the boys fished off the dock and swam in the pool for hours we ate well there was everything we needed in the kitchen, this was just such a wonderful vacation and birthday and staying here made it all come together thank you. we will definitely be back

Pictures just don’t do this property justice! When we first arrived and walked in the front door, we were met with the most beautiful view of the canal just beyond the dock and pool. We had coffee on the dock every single morning and watched a family of dolphins often. We were lucky enough to have one swim up to the dock close enough to where we could touch it had we tried. The same thing happened with a manatee. The dock was large enough for a whole family to be on without worrying about my clumsy six year old and falling off. We fished off the dock several times and even somehow managed to catch a blue crab during one of our expeditions. We also rented a boat for a few days and was super easy to get on the river followed by a trip to some tiki bars, Sanibel and Fort Myers beach. The kayaks were tons of fun to see the dolphins at an up close and personal view. The pool was clean, warm and had plenty of pool toys to keep the kids busy. This is not a negative but rather an FYI as the pool does have a deeper section which my kids enjoyed diving for pool toys in. We grilled and ate under the covered part of the deck for most all meals, so even a little bit of rain didn’t deter us from being outside in the beautiful Florida climate. The home itself has practically every amenity you could possibly imagine including many streaming TV services should the kids or you need some downtime . There was plenty of ocean/beach items that we took full advantage of. It definitely made our beach days that much better. Towards the end of our trip there was some potentially hazardous weather we were being faced with. The property manager was very quick in communication in letting us know what options were available should we need them. I appreciate that very much as it took one worry off of my plate. Thankfully we didn’t need to take her up on her offer . Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat and I’m already missing the canal views and Florida weather. Book this property, you won’t be sorry!

Amazingly Peaceful and Quiet

Living the good life
My spouse and I and our mini dashund Peanut, had the most wonderful time at this gorgeous property! We kayaked, fished, lounged in the pool, and went for bike rides and walks throughout the charming neighborhood. We seen burrowing owls and tarpons. All the local fare was delicious and we enjoyed a day at Sanibel Island!

Written communication was excellent prior to arrival. Once we arrived, there was a note book explaining everything from, how to work the television to what not to put in the garbage disposal. Listed some places to go to visit and eat. The pool was wonderful and even though it was hot, we did enjoy the hot tub one night. The neighbors were very friendly and very welcoming of us and our dog. Location was great many places to eat close by. If you want to just relax and not be around all the tourists this is a wonderful place. Can’t wait to visit more of the Larson’s places.
