Relax and enjoy the experience of the hot sun, white sand and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from this 4th floor balcony allows the greatest beginning and end to any day from watching the dolphins at sunrise to the most beautiful sunsets to end a perfect day.
All Spring, Summer and Fall Rentals are booked from Saturday to Saturday Only.
This location sleeps 6 with 1 king size bedroom, one bunk beds within the unit and a pullout sofa 1.5 bathroom laundry room is on the 1st floor
Conveniently located accross the street is a new shopping center that includes beach goods, appareal and dining.

Fourth floor unit, 1 elevator(only an issue at high volume times). The king bed is comfortable. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The only complaints were the sink in the master bedroom drains extremely slow, (We didn't use that sink after the first night)and low water pressure in the shower. Overall nice stay for the price. If you aren't using the rental umbrellas, get your spot on the beach before 6:30am. Otherwise you won't get front row.

We had a great stay. The beach was beautiful and only steps away. The room was clean and exactly how the pictures showed. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were here visiting Perdido Sun for our 4th time! We keep coming back for the indoor pool option, the beach access, the beautiful views, the cleanliness of each place we stay, the convenient location to everything, and the great communication! Perdido is our favorite place to visit for some R&R. We will definitely be booking with Jack again, he is excellent to work with and very quick to respond if needed.

It was great condo just big enough for family of 5 . Easy to get to the pool and beach .Two pools one indoor witch was convenient when the weather was cooler .
