While we had to cut our visit short - This was a great cozy cottage with Key West vibes for our honeymoon. Felt very secure with private, gated courtyard. Complex seemed to be about half occupied - so was very quiet. Was pleasantly surprised at the comfy bed, plush towels, well stocked kitchen including basic seasoning/pantry items. Only item we were wanting upon arrival - would have been some Key West guides/maps; but that may just be showing our age and wanting old school paper. Hoping the resort, management and all the citizens of Key West are safe this week...given Ian's recent rumble through their area.

We look forward to returning to the exact same property! Thank you very much.

The pool has a wonderful mix of sun and shade from the property's trees. The bungalow is very clean and comfortable. Amenities are good.

Restaurants, grocery,bakeries all within close walking distance, as well as Hemingway House and other attractions. With bicycles you could truly get anywhere. There was parking on-site. The unit air conditioners were very noisy but kept the place very cool,even in 100 degree heat. Pool was immaculately maintained. Unless you wanted to stay directly on Duval, this was a great place. Rental staff was very helpful when needed. We never watched TV, but I assume they worked. Who watches TV while in zkey West? Lusting pictures make the place look larger than it is, but i expected that. I would stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for us ( husband and I), plenty of room, simple amenities ( but it needs a full length mirror) clean, quaint , a nice little courtyard with a pool that was just the right size for an afternoon cool off or evening dip. No issues with noise levels, the roosters crowing was delightful and always made me laugh. It was actually nice to hear the band at the resort behind us , we jokingly said we were going to send paper airplanes over the lattice to request songs, lol! We loved all the vegetation & greenery around us, we were even surprised by a mango that fell from the tree while we were sitting on the back deck one morning, it was delicious by the way! This was our first time visiting Key West and now that we know the lay of the land we wouldn’t rent a car next time ( although we did enjoy driving from and back to Miami in a convertible!) as parking is very limited and there’s enough golf carts , scooters & bikes to rent, not to mention that this cottage is perfectly located to walk to just about everything. We highly recommend taking Lloyds Bike Tour , The Southernmost Food Tour, The Argo Navis Sunset Sail & Marathon Mermaid Snorkeling excursions! And we found the Fort Zach State Park was a very nice beach and picnic area. We look forward to coming back and bringing our family.

This was a great property and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to everything we needed, and Duval street was just a couple blocks away. The outdoor spaces were awesome and the pool was a fun way to relax.

4 days is plenty in Key West. Property location was great. Parking is not good. Very clean rental except the patio grounds needs cleaning and spruced up. Should offer shorter stays. I would stay there again. Pool was very nice.

We Loved that this cottage was among a small cluster (I think 10) renters, making it very friendly. It offered everything we needed, location, outdoor space, pool. The patio on our particular cottage could really be a tropical paradise if some plants were added around the edge, but we were really glad to have that and used it every day

The space was very clean, well stocked, close to everything, and comfortable! The pool water was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable, I’m picky, and it was luxurious. On street parking was easy to find, and for a couple of days we even had a spot in the little parking lot. The only thing I wish I’d known was this unit backs up to another guest house bar and pool right across the fence from the back patio which was loud in the busy hours. At 11AM on Sunday extremely loud DJ music started lasting several hours and reverberated through the unit. On the other side of unit, out of the bedroom window was some kind of very loud outdoor TV watching every evening. We rented off of Duval hoping for a more quiet place. The place was great otherwise, and our shared pool was super chill, but I just wish I’d known I was going to basically be next door to a bar. Check out was at 10 which is quite early in comparison to most places and the cleaning crew entered our space without knocking at 9:50 which I found super annoying. But we were able to leave our bags at the office down the street after check out and spend the day on the beach. The person in the Key West rental office was FANTASTIC! Very welcoming and assured us our bags were safe.

Great location, very walkable. Small amount of parking available, which is essential in Key West. The only thing that we did not have was any bath soap/shampoo, so be sure to bring your own. Other than that, everything was top notch and the management company is extremely responsive and helpful.

Large spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, a kitchen with all the practical amenities, and a spacious bedroom with an amazingly comfortable king size bed. Having stayed in many VRBOs over the past 15 years, this one exceeded expectations immediately. Aesthetically, the soothing colors used for walls & furnishings as well as the artful touches of photographs of iconic places around Key West were a perfect complement to the sense of having everything you need on a practical level. The outdoor patio provided a haven for coffee in the morning and a cool drink in the evening before venturing out to dinner. The apartment is very conveniently located yet away from the frenzy of Duval St. We were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Highly recommend this oasis in Key West. We will definitely return! Thank you to the owners and management for a superb experience.

Cozy and just perfect for the solo traveller or the couple looking for a getaway. What I love is the fact that this rental is located directly in the center of the Key, so everything is just a five-minute bike ride away!
