Although the property lacked some upkeep it was within our price range. The train station and trolley pick up was across the street. The train offers a lunch and dinner ride for $50. The one day trolley pass was $10 . Positive aspects of property.. location, price, cute decorations, 2 small bathrooms, no steps. Negative ..upstairs a/c dripped on our a/c so it was heard while sleeping, master bedroom closet did not open easily (bi doors) , kitchen cabinet drawer was broken, no pull chain on bedroom fan . All easily fixable though.

The property was just right for our ES fall get away. We had everything we needed and when we had a question, Brianna was quick to respond.

This property has a great location! A couple minutes from down town. Right down the hill from the Crescent hotel. Right across the street from the Railway station. Literally you sit on the front porch and watch the train come and go. Little ice cream parlor right down the street. Right down the hill from the Passion play. Lots of great food around here. Cozy and plenty of room for several people.

Convenient and central location allowed us to come and go. There were some bugs/spiders that freaked out the girls.

The place is very nice, but not perfect. It's perfect for a group between 3 - 5 to be able to enjoy Eureka Springs for a weekend and have the ability to cook meals to save a little money. That's the reason they (Josh and Bri) decided to open the bottom floor of their home up to people. With parking and traffic being terrible in Eureka, the trolley stops right across the street, so you could park and take the trolley and not have to deal with it. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend and our time at the Station House and I will be staying there again in the future.
