Although the property lacked some upkeep it was within our price range. The train station and trolley pick up was across the street. The train offers a lunch and dinner ride for $50. The one day trolley pass was $10 . Positive aspects of property.. location, price, cute decorations, 2 small bathrooms, no steps. Negative ..upstairs a/c dripped on our a/c so it was heard while sleeping, master bedroom closet did not open easily (bi doors) , kitchen cabinet drawer was broken, no pull chain on bedroom fan . All easily fixable though.

Good location to downtown and Passion play.

The property was just right for our ES fall get away. We had everything we needed and when we had a question, Brianna was quick to respond.

We had so much fun coming into town for the Jeep Jam.

This property has a great location! A couple minutes from down town. Right down the hill from the Crescent hotel. Right across the street from the Railway station. Literally you sit on the front porch and watch the train come and go. Little ice cream parlor right down the street. Right down the hill from the Passion play. Lots of great food around here. Cozy and plenty of room for several people.

Convenient and central location allowed us to come and go. There were some bugs/spiders that freaked out the girls.

The place is very nice, but not perfect. It's perfect for a group between 3 - 5 to be able to enjoy Eureka Springs for a weekend and have the ability to cook meals to save a little money. That's the reason they (Josh and Bri) decided to open the bottom floor of their home up to people. With parking and traffic being terrible in Eureka, the trolley stops right across the street, so you could park and take the trolley and not have to deal with it. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend and our time at the Station House and I will be staying there again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay, hosts were extremely nice, rental was clean, parking was easy. It is on the main street so traffic is loud, especially at 6:30am.

The property was clean, it had a bunk room, a hammock, a big couch and a queen room in the second room. The bathrooms are clean and had extra soap and shampoo, we didn't need it but it was nice to know that it was there. There were two air conditioners and I assume no central air, but that didn't matter because the air conditioners kept the house cool enough. The Wi-Fi worked fine but we never tried the television because we weren't there to use it. The station House is located at the far north end of town it's just about the very first house when you come into Eureka from the north. You can walk into downtown from the station House but it is a longer walk. It's nice to be able to walk because parking in Eureka is a nightmare when it's busy.
Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again.

Charming little 2 bedroom 2 bath house in desirable Eureka Springs location.
Be advised that the bedroom with bunk beds requires the door left open at night to receive air conditioning.

We enjoyed our stay in this house with charm. Our kids are usually wanting to stay on the go on vacation, but mentioned a couple times how they loved coming back to this cute place and hanging out. Loved it!

We had traveled to Arkansas for a wedding and planned a side excursion to visit Eureka Springs. A bucket list item to see The Passion Play. Our home was perfect in location to everything we had planned to do. Our hosts greeted us and made sure our stay was very nice. It was quaint and quiet and allowed our children in the family to have some fun. The two bathrooms were perfect. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a getaway that is convenient to everything. We will go back one day.

This was a great location.
We enjoyed our stay and the property was very clean. The owners were very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Nice having 2 bathrooms and laundry on site. The air conditioners kept things cool enough for the 99 degree Temps. Would definitely stay here again. If you don't like traffic, during some hours it gets busy, but for the most part it is very quiet.

The house was adequate and clean. There was a strong musty odor when we arrived. There was a dehumidifier and it got better as time went on. We were aware of the smaller bathroom but the shower is so small you can’t bend over and nowhere to sit anything like razors or personal bottles. They could use more silverware. If someone has a spoon for coffee and cereal, well, you have to wash one or wait till they’re done! It says it is in the heart of downtown Eureka. It is actually at the far north end. You CAN walk to the shops if you are an avid walker and don’t mind uphill. The host were very nice and attentive and offered anything we needed but not a bother. Even offered late Check out since it was raining. Overall it fit our needs.

A lovely little house with standing stones at the front door. A nice 10 min walk to the very centre of downtown with some gift shops along the way. Comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. We had a great stay here.

The Station House was the perfect property for our family of four on a quick getaway for Mother's Day. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we were a short drive to all the fun of Historic Downtown Eureka Springs. The price point was perfect and the hostess was fabulous. We can't wait to return.

Nice, clean accommodations with plenty of room for family of 4. My teenage boys liked their own room and bathroom with bunk beds. I also enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy parking. Lots of towels and blankets for the chilly nights. I appreciate the washer and dryer so that we could pack a little lighter. We didn't use the kitchen much other than the refrigerator because we wanted to try the local restaurants. It was a little too far to walk into the main town area. There was a trolley stop close by but we decided to drive in and had to drive around a bit to find parking. Would have liked to have been a little closer in but then you have to deal with more traffic and parking issues... It was a good location for exploring the area as we didn't spend a lot of time downtown.
