Everything was good except no batteries in remotes and somebody hit my car and didn’t leave a note. Sidewalks were under repair which was a minor inconvenience. House and host were great

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay - the place was well stocked especially for the price and the linens were quality. I loved having the lamps in addition to overhead lighting and we loved how many restaurants were easily walkable from the place. Street parking wasnt as easy/convenient as I had hoped, could have been due to some temporary construction work on the street. Host was super sweet and communicative and really went the extra mile for us with a left behind item. Would stay again!

Everything was wonderful! Easy check in. House was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and cute decor. Lots of fun touches like condiments in the fridge, complimentary bottle of wine and comfortable throws on the couch. Everyone slept well, and I love that we had the option to make 3rd bedroom a king or 2 twins. It got a touch warm while we were there so having the window unit in the kitchen to cool things off a bit was much appreciated. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and fun local shopping. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when in Tacoma!

Love the house in a very safe part of town. Close to University of Pugent Sound and UW Tacoma. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Shannon was great. Definitely would be staying here or her other property.

This is a lovely, well maintained home, stocked with everything to provide a very comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again. The only wrinkle was that the owner has said to text with questions, but did not respond to texts. We called instead and were able to work things out.

Very well equipped home. Appreciated the extra blankets and pleasantly surprised to see box fans in every room to use if needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the claw-foot tub in one of the bathrooms. The totally enclosed yard with the tall fence was appreciated for the kids. Would definitely stay there again.

This immaculate, well appointed house with a private fenced in yard has everything you need for a getaway, family vacation or to visit students at nearby universities. The kitchen is well stocked but you are only a 2 minute walk from multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

While the common area was a bit snug, it felt cozy and inviting as we enjoyed a weekend away with friends. Was very close to the event we came to town for as well as the Pancake House (walking distance!)! Owners were extremely easy to work with and were quick to respond to the very few questions we had. Only negative was that common space (living room and kitchen) but for 1000sqft? And how spacious the bedrooms are? Really impressed. Definitely worth a stay!

Perfect location to visit University of Puget Sound. Owner thought of everything - toiletries, paper products, coffee, wine, condiments, and laundry supplies. Lots of useful additions that are often missed in rental vacation properties - plenty of hooks for hanging coats and towels, extra pillows and blankets, and umbrellas by the door. Very clean and comfortable! Thanks for a great stay!

Really lovely property, in a great neighbourhood, with an excellent location. Located near entertainment and shopping, with easy access to the freeway. Stayed in January and although most of our stay was rainy, we did have one day of sunshine which we enjoyed in the yard. A relaxing stay. This house became our home away from home during our stay in Tacoma. The property manager communicated well both via email and text. All our questions were answered promptly. We felt comfortable being in this home and would not hesitate to return for future trips!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, and this was the best. Great location where you're just steps away from a Main Street with dining and shopping, but totally private and quiet. The house is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay, and the owners are really great communicators - responding very quickly to questions. I would absolutely stay here in a heartbeat if I needed to be in Tacoma again in the future.

What a great place. First rate beds and bedding, walk in shower AND massive tub. Donuts around the corner! Wonderful neighborhood. Enough room for some to be playing Banananagrams while Poppycock was played in a different room. It was really great. I would stay again.
