Combined, both homes sleep 12 comfortably with each home having a pull out sofa that accommodates 2 more people each (4 people for both units). Park your car in the either the garage or driveway and begin to watch your stress melt away! Front and rear decks allow you to enjoy the outdoor weather while enjoying a quiet early morning cup of coffee or soaking up the late afternoon rays of sun. New updates include granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms with new faucet fixtures. Freshly painted with updated decor. Lovely new patio furniture allows your entire family to relax in comfort. This exquisite beach home is BRILLIANTLY located to many vacation attractions. First of many is that you are just steps away from the famous Ocean City beach where you can watch for dolphins playing, build a family sand castle or just catch up on some great reading! The house and area and the entire town are wonderful.
I would suggest that the listing include a note to bring toilet paper, dish soap, tissues...none of these were in the house.
Also, since there is a key lock on the garage, it should be clearer that the keylock for the first floor is on the door up the short flight of stairs.

We had a great time. The condo is spacious enough for a family and very relaxing for a couple. Perfect location to the beach and walking distance to everything. We will be back!

Accommodations and property was as advertised. Very comfortable beds (always a plus), clean and well appointed. Enjoyed a few quiet days until the upstairs renters arrived noisily after 10:00 pm on our last night. They were incredibly loud until after 1:00 am. Not much they owners can do to prevent that.

We needed a first floor spot as overflow for family gathering for the weekend to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. Everything was perfect- the unit had everything we needed and there was no drama! Lots of card playing and laughing. Thank you for making it so easy!

Our 1st year at this location, just 1 block from the ocean, and my family is in love. Perfect location and gorgeous
First-floor property, with a front porch for relaxing, plenty of sleeping space. My children felt right at home, and were able to use the bicycles in the garage, which was a wonderful addition to our experience. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and newly renovated throughout. A lovely vacation location in OCNJ, and a definite repeat rental for this family. Thank you for sharing your home with my family, it was truly a lovely week.

Columbus day mini vaction
The house appeared newly renovated w up to date amenities. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or a short drive to the boardwalk. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty a room for people to sleep including a sofa bed and pull out cot. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.
