About this condo rental
Nestled in Sunset Beach, this lovely condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next trip. We offer beautiful beach front views access of the Gulf. You can see and hear the waves splashing on the beach. We have beautiful sea birds, parrots, and dolphins to watch from our private property and from our beautiful white sandy beach. Children are welcome in this rental. (Maximum 2) You can walk 2 to 3 miles in each direction for those who like to enjoy quiet and beautiful walks. Or you can sit in the sun or shade to read or just relax in the sun. We also have a garden patio that overlooks the beach. It is great for relaxing, sitting under the shade tree, watching beach goers, and observing the wonderful sunsets we are so famous for. Located centrally to a vacationer's delight. Restaurants and night life within walking distance. Tampa International Airport as well as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Hard Rock Cafe, Channel Side and the Florida Aquarium are only 30 minutes away. We are located just 90 minutes away from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Sports fans - we are only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field as well as 30 minutes from Tampa Stadium and the Ice Palace and Tampa's historic Ybor City for dining and shopping. Beach trolley for those who do not drive. We have churches, supermarkets, drugstores, fine dining, and night life all within walking distance. At historic John's Pass, only two and one-half miles away, you will find gourmet restaurants, deep-sea fishing, shopping, and day cruises. Only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Saint Petersburg for a day at the pier and shopping. The famous Sunshine Sky-way Bridge is within 15 minutes. The location of this property cannot be beat. The beach is right outside the back door. Sit on the viewing patio and watch your kids play on the beach or enjoy the beautiful sunset. We spent our days experiencing some Tampa and St. Petersburg attractions and still had time in the mornings or evenings for the kids to play at the beach. There are tons of things to do in the area and it was not overly crowded like some tourist destinations. The beach was never crowded. JoAnn is a very sweet host and stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect for our family of four. We were not ready to leave!

My wife and I spent about a week at this property. Our expectations were exceeded. Our favorite part of our stay was seeing the wild life specially the dolphins. There are plenty of options for eating out as well.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. I knew the property was beachfront but had no idea that an oasis existed between the back door and beach. About 20 yards of private sitting area, dunes, and shade trees are private property. Beyond that the beach and the water offer a more familiar beach experience. The interior was clean, well appointed, and functional. The location is perfect, a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of some great local hangouts and restaurants. Joann was very nice, helpful, and prompt whenever we needed her.

Great patio with direct beach access and sunsets!
Sunsets in Parrotdise is a great condo directly on the beach with a large, well designed patio. My family rents a condo every year for the holidays and this was our favorite thus far. As a local, I can tell you there are very few placed like this left anywhere on the beach. If you want to be steps to the beach and have a nice large outdoor area to enjoy, then this is the place for you!

We have stayed 2 different times at this location and both times have been absolutely magical! The booking, check in and out process is easy and flawless. Joanne has great communication skills and prompt responses. If you do happen to see her while they are there maintaining the property it is a very warm greeting and she is as loving as a mother checking in on her babies. She is not all up in your business and bothersome but makes sure you have everything you need and want and she also comes with coupons to local shops and restaurants. Lol. You have everything you need at the unit along with a washer and dryer which is huge when you are staying for a good length of time. The water is just paces away from the patio door which is extremely convenient when you have children. The location is perfectly placed on a private section of the beach and a walk away from a great restaurant (Caddy's) and a publix....so you basically do not have to wear shoes your entire stay if you choose to. It is a very quiet placed with plenty of entertainment close at hand. We will forever stay with Joanne when we visit Tampa! Hands down! Thank you Joanne!

Best location, beachfront; very clean
We stayed mid April and absolutely loved this location. We were on bottom unit and although we couldn't see the ocean from the inside of the unit, all we had to do was walk out the sliding doors and across the patio to see the beach and ocean. We sat in the chairs provided every morning for coffee before walking the length of the beach. We saw dolphins daily, and had parrots visit us in the tree in the yard. We had a dedicated parking spot right at the front door and no issues at all with parking. Place was well stocked with towels, linens, paper products. We loved the location so much that when we went to explore, we said eh, let's just go back to "our" beach. Beautiful spot. We will book again.
