About this condo rental
Nestled in Sunset Beach, this lovely condo for $301 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Relax and unwind in the peaceful and meticulously maintained grounds of the Lands End Resort in Treasure Island. With a direct open beach and Gulf view from the private balcony, you can't help but find serenity with your morning coffee or your sunset glass of wine. The beach and pool are just steps from the condo, and you're away from all the crowds so you can always find plenty of space to spread out. The condo has been completely updated and refurnished with new wood flooring and ceramic tile, window coverings, trim and paint, new furniture, and upgraded electronics. The beach-facing master bedroom, with private bath, is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, and leads out to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and is located towards the front of the condo giving space for privacy for kids or other guests. The complete kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to make coffee to a full five-course meal. All beach and bath towels are provided, as well as complete sets of linens and even a couple of beach chairs. The condo is setup with washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi Internet service, free long distance telephone service to the U.S. and Canada, and is located close to restaurants, shopping, and activities of all kinds. Condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. It is located at the end of the peninsula, being quieter than closer-in town. Beaches are awesome, lots of shells & not many people there. Maybe it was due to weather in 60’s? Still a nice walk every day.

My husband and I have stayed at Lands End several times. We love the privacy and the layout of the property. This was our first stay in condo 805. It was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. We plan to try to reserve this condo again on our next visit. We had no issues during the week and everything went perfectly with our stay. The only negative was that we had to come home! Looking forward to our next visit.

The condo was beautiful and VERY clean. Being on the second floor was very convenient to use the stairs rather than the elevator every time; but it was nice to have the elevator for loading/unloading. The complex is very quiet and private and we really enjoyed that aspect. We were looking for a quiet beach with space and this was the perfect place! The pool was very nice as well but we spent most of our time on the beach. Parking was ideal, right under the building and kept your car cool for when you did go out. Having a Publix close by was an added bonus since we bought groceries and ate in most nights. The checkout process was super easy and better than any other booking service we have used in the past. We appreciated we didn’t have to strip beds and start laundry, etc. We will definitely be back!

This was my second time staying in this condo and it was still just as great! My only complaint is that the bedding in the master was too small so I fought with the sheets all week. Other than that this condo is amazing! It has anything and everything you could need at the beach! The water pressure is great in both bathrooms. The views from the room are incredible! Already looking forward to the next trip!

We had dead and live roaches at the condo. We had dead ones in the closets by the washer and a live one we killed 2 days ago and another live one in the bathroom master

Our family had a great stay at this condo. Everything was as described. The beach chairs and beach toys for the kids saved lots of room in car. Beach was a 2 minute walk to get too! Pool was great as well. Close proximity to good restaurants and market. Would recommend to others wanting to visit the area!

The apartment is situated in a very quiet part of Treasure Island in gated community with a clubhouse and a pool. There is a covered assigned parking spot and an elevator. The apartment is very spacious and very sunny with a big balcony and an amazing ocean view. The beach wasn’t crowded and just steps away. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals. The new washer and drier worked perfectly. We will be back!

We had a fantastic week. The condo was very clean and far better than the ad. The view alone and proximity to a VERY private beach was spectacular!
The local area has plenty to do. We went to John’s Pass, Fort DeSoto and had a wild dolphin experience with the Dolphin Racer boat!
Our favorite places to eat were Crabby’s on the Pass, Fo Cheezy, Tuttorosso Pizzeria and the Toasted Monkey.
We would highly recommend and we will be back:)

We enjoyed a lot of the local restaurants and most of all the beach. The access to the beach and use of the Land's End pool was wonderful. Fantastic Week
My husband and I along with my sister-in-law and her boyfriend had such a nice and relaxing stay at Lands End. What a beautiful place to stay with stunning sunsets. We enjoyed a lot of the local restaurants and most of all the beach. The access to the beach and use of the Land's End pool was wonderful. We definitely want to return and recommend this place highly!!

Second year in a row staying here!
This was our second year in a row renting this condo- it won’t be our last! The grounds are well maintained, pool is nice and close proximity to the boardwalk/ beach entrance. Condo is updated, comfortable and well stocked! Having beach chairs there is a big plus!
Only small suggestion is attaching the key cards to the pool/ entrance to something. Friends and family in other condos had lanyards or retractable keychains with clips. I kept feeling like I’d lose one with our teen kids.

This condo is beautiful! The view is beautiful! It is well stocked! The beach it is located on is beautiful! I wanted to give this condo 5 stars but couldn't because of our ordeal when we arrived. After an 18 hour road trip and groceries in tow, we arrived at 3:50pm (10 prior to our check in time) to find the condo had not been cleaned after the previous renters left. I immediately contacted the property managers iTrip. They told me housekeeping was running behind and I explained that we had perishable items. When they finally arrived they did clean the refrigerator first so we could get our groceries put away. We were finally able to enter the condo at 5:30pm after sitting outside the condo for 1-1/2 hours waiting. Upon entering, the job "Maid2Clean LLC" did was mediocre at best. They left a bucket of dirty water and sponges in the bathroom, coffee grounds and a dirty coffee pot in the coffee maker, dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the previous renter and dirty bathroom rugs. I'm no sure if the floors were mopped because we had to wear shoes otherwise our bare feet and socks turned black. I hope the management company seeks out a new cleaning service.

Amazing week in Treasure Island
My husband and I were here to celebrate our 15th anniversary and this was the perfect place! The location is perfect being at the end of the island it is secluded and private. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Sheets could be updated in master bedroom (we didn't use other bedroom so not sure about those) we loved the view from the master bedroom as well and loved having the washer/dryer available. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was beautiful, we spent alot of time there and met some great people from the resort. We had a fantastic week and hope to visit again someday!

We spent 2 weeks at this perfect condo. The condo is beautiful as is the view of the gulf. Location is great with easy access to multiple restaurants. We especially enjoyed the walking path. We watched dolphins and beautiful sunsets. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Treasure Island Perfection
For sisters just wanting to relax and unwind, this property was perfect. The location, at the end of Treasure Island, provided the peace and tranquillity we were looking for. The ocean view from the living room balcony was breathtaking. The beach just steps away. The pool and two spas were clean and well maintained. Uber/Lyft drivers were always nearby. The location is a good 15 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, so just take that into consideration when deciding whether to rent a car or ride share. For us, we were very happy to ride share when we wanted to go out. I did work remotely while there and the desk set up was very appreciated. The Wifi was reliable. The place was just perfect. Thank you to our hosts and their management company.

2nd Time Staying_Still Excellent
Stayed in this same property last year around the same time of year. Still excellent and great location. Pool and Beach are awesome and close to many attractions with a short drive. Property is up to date and kept well. I would suggest (2) things - more spoons, notification on check-in when the unit is ready. Not major things and won't deter us in the future from using this same property.
