Situated in Sunset Beach, this lovely condo for $303 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Location: Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Florida, USA (30 Minutes from Tampa International Airport) Accommodations: Condominium, 2 Bedroom-2 Bath (Sleeps 6), ocean front pool. 5th floor #503 Sunset Chateau is right on the beautiful white sand of Sunset Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Quiet residential area with a short walk to food, drink, and entertainment. Owner refinished all furniture and painted all artwork to give a shabby-chic, artsy feel to the unit. The unit sleeps up to four with a King-sized bed in master bedroom and two Twin-sized beds in 2nd bedroom.. The unit is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a one week or three month stay. Flexible on check-in/check-out days and times for guests who are flying when arrival/departure date is not also another party's departure/arrival date. Please request any modification to check-in/check-out. Sunset Chateau is a non-smoking property including balconies and pool areas. Smoking is permitted at boardwalk picnic tables and beach. The condo was exactly as advertised and a perfect place for our family to stay. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. It was one of the best equipped rentals we’ve had and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

The property is great, fully stocked, right on the beach and pool. The hosts are awesome and very responsive! We loved our stay. The condo building itself is a little run down and the elevators are broken half the time but the property itself is awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was clean and so well stocked. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The beach was beautiful , we walked down the beach for drinks and great seafood. David was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating with our late flight in. The sunsets were breathtaking every single night: we really enjoyed our stay.

Best Family Vacation 2022
It’s been two years since we have been on a vacation. This property was absolutely perfect. From easy contact with owners to the condo being stocked with Everything we needed to the extra touches like beer, water and champagne in fridge and snacks for kids! The white sand beach and pool were awsome for the kids and with all the beach items we need and cart to get it all to the beach was an added bonus. Great location too! Close enough to things to do but far enough away to relax and not have too many people around. Thank you for making this a very remember full family vacation. We will definitely be returning!

We just returned home from 6 days at Treasure Island. My brother and his family stayed in this same condo a year ago and highly recommended it. It’s clean, cute and beach front. The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything you’ll need to cook. There are also some spices in the cupboards as well as dish & dishwasher soap. The closet in the extra bedroom has umbrellas, tents, chairs, a cooler, floaties and lots of other beach accessories. There are also several beach towels to use. The neighbors in the other condos were super friendly. The noise level was pretty quiet for the most part. There were some younger crowds that were at the beach that weren’t super quiet but definitely didn’t get out of hand. Plenty of room on the beach to sit your camp up for the day. No one bothers your stuff. The sand is white, shells plentiful! The sunsets are just amazing. We ate at Caddy’s just down the street (walk, don’t try to drive, you won’t find parking ) which was the best food we had all week. We also did the Shell Key excursion. A boat took us to Shell Key to snorkel and look for shells for 2 hours. Shells were everywhere, even found a few sand dollars.
There is a community washer and dryer next to the elevator. Bring your own quarters - $1.75 to wash/$1.50 to dry. Super convenient so we didn’t have to bring much dirty laundry home with us.
Given the opportunity, we will be back! We loved our time there.

We have stayed on TI previously in other VRBO units. This unit was excellently maintained and very comfortable and surpassed the conditions of the other units in this building. It is 30 feet from the Gulf and on the higher floors had an excellent sunset view. The owner's guidance for the unit was very helpful, and he was available to assist us in setting up the TV/cable system which I had inadvertently erred in operating.
The condo is located on a quiet street with little local noise or traffic yet was close to stores and other needs.
The only suggestion I would make is to install safety grab bars inside the showers.
We would return to this unit again.

Our group consisted of individuals 5 to 72 and everyone had a fabulous time. So many beach extras included from sand pails to boogie boards to beach chairs. And with three TVs, no arguing about what to watch. David even allowed for early and late check in!

My first impression of the condo was just how beautiful it was. It was immaculate inside, very up-to-date and comfortable. And the owner had thought of absolutely everything. From a K-cup maker to a beach tent and sand toys, everything we could possibly need for our stay was there.
Communication with the owner was super easy and they got back very quickly on any questions I had.
The beach itself is just amazing. Going downstairs from the condo, you can be in the nice pool or on the beach in a couple of minutes. The water was gorgeous, and we found so many beautiful shells.
Parking was covered and easy to get to. A nice bonus was the beach backing directly up to the table/grill area at the condo.
